I just went to use it for the first


I just went to use it for the first time, and the top won't turn on. When we first set it up a few days ago both the top and bottom turned on, but now the top is dead. When I turned the top remote on this time, the line that forms the top of the O in OFF wasn't showing, and the electronic problems just got worse from there.

YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE!

I was skeptical when I purchased this, but was very pleased when it arrived. Bag is really good quality, everything works as it should. Easy to operate. I used for 20 minutes at the deep intensity rate on Saturday and boy does it help with my inflammation. The fact it is FDA cleared was important to me. So glad I made this purchase! Thank You!

This is a great product

This is a great product. I got the LID Bag that came with the neck and chest device free. WOW!
Great product!
The only trouble I had was connecting the neck and chest device to the electric attachments, because They came with different ones from different countries. Find the one for Your country. USA...got it connected after figuring it out. The bag is super simple to hook up...just plug it in and You Tube has some great instructional videos to help with settings.

: UPDATE AND RETRACTION

I believe they are a scam. I ordered February 25,2026 and its been a month now with the same excuse that ups is backlogged but ups say the have not gotten any package from quasarmd for delivery. I think they take your money and earn money on it as they play the blame game.
Do not use this company complete fraud
UPDATE: March 27, I finally did receive my package with the 4 mats i purchased and the free gift.
I absolutely love my mat. I no longer have hip pain and my hair has stopped falling out,INCREDIBLE!! I was not expecting that but so happy.
It was alot of frustration but now that I received my package and have use the mat about 5 times I am very pleased and happy.

We do not like the huge opening in the sides! The others that we looked at don’t have that! We did not notice that when we ordered!

I am getting the runaround from everyone

I have not received my product. QuesarMD said Fedex has it and gives me a tracking number. Fedex said product is with QuesarMD. Paypal send me notice of product shipped with fedex tracking number, and I start all over again. Fedex said Quesar has not release and still has the product. it was suppost to been delivered 3 days ago, now I do not know how much longer it will take and who will help me with this

This company seems to be fraudulent

This company seems to be fraudulent. They charged my card 459.00 on February 24th , 2026, email after email of excuses and saying they will send another mat out but I have to return the one from UPS that was never even sent out!!!!??? After reading many more reviews on this so called company, it seems I'm not the only one to be scammed. Buyer beware!!!! I will be in touch with BBB and my financial institution this week if this is not remedied and will update this review if things change. But for now I would absolutely say buy from another company if you're interested in an expensive LED mat or you may just get your hard earned money stolen.

The item is fantastic! Great results very quickly.

The item is fantastic and even even after a few times using it, I have noticed a difference in my arthritis pain. Only recommendation for the item is in the instruction manual is to review the difference between the wavelength settings and what they target as I had to google it again.

Another issue was that the shipping took absolutely forever to get here and it wasn’t the shipping company.

Shipping was fairly quick

Shipping was fairly quick. The red light bag works well, however, the plastic that covers the lights can be annoying. It sticks to your skin after a while laying on it and can be a little painful when trying to get out of the bag.
