This company must be 99% run by Ai, i have yet to have a rational thinking HUMAN Being to evaluate my concern of not receiving the package and giving a refund. This has been going on since August 13, 2026. There is Ai generated responses, false promise of an "escalation team" ( silly me believing it would be a HUMAN), THEN the Ai telling me they show the pkg delivered so they can't give refund instructing me to take it up with the deliver company 《GOFO even horrible delivery company》... I paid you ( Sarah No last Name@ Quasi)my hard earned ($96.30) I have done everything a reasonable human would do including doing the TRACKING. The pictures shown is NOT to my door. Bottomline... I don't have the product you have my money and computers cannot make sensible decisions - this was a horrible experience horrible company

DO NOT BUY BEWARE SCAMMERS.
You do not get what you pay for.
Each purchase offers a free gift or 2 free gifts.
So you go ahead and pay.
The invoice is then amended and they end up charging you for the free gift which is either a neck or a chest mark and how Korean women age in reverse.
AVOID AVOID and save yourselves the headache!
Customer service are horrendous!

Sent back the product 4 months ago still no refund . Do not buy this product.

If i could give a Zero i would. I have been trying to get the address to return the subscription I did not want. I keep getting email reply of AI customer service stating they don't know the address to give me to return at my own cost with 20% stocking fee. I have been trying to return since 8/18/26. Everyday I ask for the return address, I get same AI reply. I just want to return this item and if i have to loose 12$ of my 60$ IDC just send me my balance.

I tried to return some products I no longer want and the obstacles they place are impossible to meet.
On 20th August they said I could return the items in original package to the US, by 26th August, the cost of doing this which they know is expensive and there is no guarantee it will get there in time, especially with a weekend in the middle of it, so you won’t do it.
They offered a 20% one time refund and keep the goods, which I decided to do after I found out the cost of returning and the restocking fee was going to leave me with less than 50% of the total cost.
When I said I would do so they turned round and said I now can’t have it, because I didn’t say yes at the start.
I call that vindictive and sharp practise, I thought if could work out the pros and cons I would get a choice.
To make matters worse I found I was talking to a robot called Mary AI! Not a human being who can make decisions, but a robot with clear cut instructions, like a flow chart you follow, not a person who you can negotiate with.
This is the way Quasi deals with customers, very sad that this is how companies deal with customers these days.
FYI - I wanted to return the product which made no different to my skin, I told them this and I thought it could be returned in 30 days for a refund and no fuss.
THEY MAKE IT REALLY DIFFICULT AS THEY KNOW IT WILL NOT BE COST EFFECTIVE AND NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO DO SO.
Also beware if you subscribe they don’t give you time to cancel, they tell you only after the dispatch goods that you have the product coming. REMEMBER TO CANCEL IN GOOD TIME!
Since “talking to a robot” it finally said I would get a response from a “real” person, very soon, but of course no-one responded, I am not holding my breath.
Now they have not got my business and taken my money they don’t care. What a horrible company to deal with.

Received my first order and used the product consistently for the first month. I used the salmon dna mask and the collagen mask. Neither did what they claimed. Received a notification that an order was sent and I had not realized there was a subscription, which I should have. Tried to cancel before it was shipped, no reply. I was charged and when I received it, I immediately contacted them to return it, since they only allow 10 days from the day it was received, no reply for days until I told them I would get PayPal involved. Was finally contacted, asking for information I had sent in the first email. Was told how to send the return at my cost and they would deduct a 20 percent restocking fee. Stay away from this company, just another rip off for useless products.

Took an exceptional long time to receive. Wrote them, it was delayed on their end. Didn't receive what I ordered. promised other things, received nothing.

ordered quite a large quantity of the Quasi PDRN Face Mask Plus, from their original website but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the product.
One of the masks was already damaged inside its individual packaging, even though the main outer box showed no signs of damage.
As for the results, I honestly didn’t notice any visible improvement after using the masks. Considering the price and all the claims made about the product, I expected much more. For me, it was a waste of money, and I believe there are much more effective face masks available at a much cheaper price.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t repurchase it or recommend it.

I ordered the collagen facial masks /neck masks and they are extremely refreshing. The masks brighten the complexion and rejuvenate the neck area. The company is easy to contact via email with quick response and great customer service for adjusting subscriptions according to your needs. Quasi representative Elizabeth helped with offering to adjust my order, inquired about my needs and was very helpful with her suggestions. The company is professional and the product is of high quality . My niece is a dermatology PA and she approved and enjoyed using a sample of my last order. Glad that I tried this treatment.
