When I received the sneakers, I noticed visible creases on them, which makes me think they may have been previously tried on or used in the store.

I wanted to order a bag from them, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I placed the order, but there were issues with the fulfillment. A week went by, and they didn't react or provide any updates.
After a week, I got in touch with them. They told me they'd check the status of the order and get back to me via email. That email feedback never happened. The next day, I called them again and got the exact same response: they'd check the current status and get back to me. Once again, they didn't. At that point, I just said, "Alright, fine, no problem," and today I canceled the order.
When I called to cancel, they answered by telling me they were packing it right then and that it was definitely shipping today. By then, though, I didn't care anymore. They had way exceeded any reasonable timeframe without even having the decency to send a quick email saying, "Look, it's delayed by a few days, here's what to expect."
I received zero proper communication from them, and if I hadn't reached out myself, they likely never would have. I just don't think that's fair. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them to anyone who expects a smooth transaction, because that's definitely not how they operate.

Erstklassiger Service! Schnelle Lieferung!! Top!!!

God dag, Anette

Simple to use and very efficient delivery

Great product nice price great service & fast delivery. I am very happy with my adidas climacool 1 trainers as you cant get these in uk in silver & white. I would definetly order from this company again i would give it 5 star service.

The delivery was very quick love the shoes as well.
I would definitely recommend this website to order barefoot shoes from.

Thanks.

Absolutely love these boots! They look even better in person and are incredibly comfortable to wear. The quality is excellent, they feel very well made, and they fit perfectly. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish and high-quality pair of boots.

This was my first order with Queens. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase as well as the service.

Highly recommend Queens. Great range of products and prices very competitive even with the shipping costs. Was pleasantly surprised how good the service and speed of delivery was. Pro- active updates and the package even arrived a day earlier than scheduled.
