DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Deposited £50 on 26th June. Money left my bank account immediately but gaming site account was not credited. Contacted “Support” ( laughable) and provided screen shots of the transaction and the actual payment screen. They tell me my deposit was “unsuccessful “ their end. Even though i provided screen shots of the payment leaving my back account. It’s in the hands of the police now but DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY WITH QUEEN WIN SITE

Got a £1500 win had to verify my bank details from last deposit of which over months deposited over £600 from so most recent card linked

They declined my pay out saying they needed old bank card the 1st card linked which is same card just replaced card which last didgets changed

They happy taking your cash then won't pay you when you win

Biggest problem I've ever had trouble with withdrawing always paid with debit card soon as you win get rejected saying your bank not excepting so gets returned I've done everything they asked ok for couple withdraws then same thing all over again customer service rubbish

Overall terrible experience. No entertainment. They are in a such a big hurry to get the money without giving nothing in return a procent from your money in fact just to make you happy like player. Doesn't matter how much money you put in. That is disrespectful attitude. No joy no entertainment

Total scam of a website. Its based in coasta Rica which has no regulations concerning gambling. I deposited £50 and it never was added to my account and when I contacted them they lied and said it would be refunded but never was. They are not licensed in the united kingdom. Its a fraudulent website and a total con. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could give 0 stars I would, I believe this to be a fraudulent company. I’m UK my money has gone out to a company who is based in England but it’s gone in euros and now I’m told the company is based in Costa rico and Cyprus. I don't understand all the bad reviews. The only downside imho is that you incur fees for foreign exchange currency but they are usually less than £1 each time. I verified all my details and haven't long won over £6000 which I received within a few days of withdrawal. I expect a lot of the negative reviews from people who won were posted before they managed to withdraw their winnings. They are so quick to take your money without asking for your id first, yet you win 600.00 try to withdraw it and you get asked for id.
When I make any deposits out my bank account sends me a verification code to make sure it's me before any money leaves my account and without the code which also proves it's me making payment it will not allow money to leave. I've been told that I need photo id to get my money out and when I told them I don't have any photo id they told me to go and get some photo id how disrespectful are they..
