Great tap with lots of features. Customer service was good offering me advise on the CO2 canisters for sparkling water and filters when I called.To ensure warranty you need to subscribe to their filter change package which isn’t fully clear on adverts. I think this is good anyway as it helps you track change of filter. This is a DIY job if you are competent and the video was easy to follow. Get the electrics done prior to fitting the unit. I also added a vent supplied before fitting the tap in to the back of my kitchen unit as it has false wall away from brickwork My kick board has quite a big gap at the top so airflow seems okay and units/cupboard not too hot. If this does become the case I will add kickboard vent in same style to freezer unit existing in kitchen. The video however shows a mock up kitchen with access to the back of the cupboard. In reality this is not the case. Plan out filter position and water manifold/distribution unit after fitting the tap to sink when you can see length of hoses to them in cupboard. When fitting the tap it’s easier if you have helping had to pull all the hoses through as it’s heavy and fiddly to do on your own. It also makes tightening easier. Put units also in place in cupboard before you make any connections. When you work out best locations (as there are two units) you can fit a lot of the pipes to the manifold/water distribution unit outside the cupboard. Watch the video in full and work out which. This needs a minimum of 1000mm unit and you’d struggle with smaller cupboard to get everything in easily. The product is very well made and the tap itself is very attractive in nickel finish. I have only had this in for several days so only rated 4 stars as can’t say how it will be long term. If you aren’t going to use the sparkling water feature a lot then the 4-1 tap is a lot cheaper and another reason for 4 stars as tap is double the price. However compared to other manufacturers it’s good price. I research everything I buy and read reviews like this to make sure product and company are good. The decision was good as it stands so far. The heater unit needs turning up to 98 degree as it set lower at setup. I bought 2 CO2 canisters suitable for soda stream ( blue type with screw nozzle) from Amazon at £35 for the 60 litre type. You can get this refilled from some places local at about £13-15 each. The lock feature on digital display needs bit of care to unlock. I’ve found if you hold finger slightly more to top of the symbol it works best as I think you hit the other symbols below if you don’t and it won’t unlock. But this makes it very safe. The unit is slightly noisy on heat up but it’s not on for long and is quieter than a kettle. Fingers crossed it remains a good buy. I recommend you have a good look if you are in for buying one of these taps. I will come back and add progress review in 6 months after filter change and maybe consider rating I’ve given.

Aquataps changed filters for my first automated 6 months replacement. I had issues with changing the filters myself and I had to keep contacting them to resolve the issue. They never followed up with me. Before my second replacement I requested to delay shipment because I wasn’t happy with the taste of ‘filtered’ water using the new filters. Shipment wasn’t cancelled, so had to contact them again to cancel and refund.

Called at 1600 on 23-12-25 with an error code E3 and spoke with Ben who very quicky diagnosed the problem and despite the factory closing for Christmas arranged for a replacement boiler to be sent next day. Boiler arrive by 11.30 and and Tap is now working again by 1200. Excellent customers service from Ben and team.

Customer service from Aqua taps is unmatched. Had my pipe from the boiler burst 3 days before Christmas not only did Sean go above and beyond to source a replacement hose for me he also helped us track down another hose when the dreaded DPD driver didn’t turn up. Unparalleled customer service that is such a rare find in 2025. Will remain a loyal customer forever!

You can judge a good Company by the way it conducts itself if something goes wrong. When my 4 in 1 tap jammed and so couldn't be used on the 22 of Dec, I held out very little hope of being able to replace it before Xmas and therefore thought that I would have to cancel my plans to host a large Christmas gathering. However Ben in customer services proved that not all heroes wear capes, and not only replaced the tap under the warranty, but managed to find me a fitter that same day. The fitter not only fitted the replacement, but also changed the way my original builder had installed it, so it was now much easier to access the filters when they need changing. The team went above and beyond, and made me feel that truly value their customers.

After sale support was excellent. Sean quickly responded when I had an issue and focused on solving my problem as quickly as possible rather than selling me an in-house product which would have been an option that delayed resolution. Happy to recommend them.

I didn't receive the filters that had been sent due to the delivery company, who's tracking information kept showing delayed delivery. I emailed and Ben got back to me the same day and arranged an alternative courier and my filters arrived the next day. Great customer service, thank you.

I have had an issue with the boiler and I emailed aqua taps about this problem and they replied swiftly, Sean was very helpful with the issue and helped me through it.

Excellent tap. Love functions. Burnt hand badly once as forgot to flush out boiling water. There is notification to flush out water but easily forgotten when distracted. The only negative aspect. Overall I’m delighted with the product.

Great customer service from the admin staff to the installer, they were all friendly and helpful.

Not disappointed ar all..im so happy with my tap

Loved the item. Installed a dram. Had a minor problem, called the helpline and the awesome Sean helped me out. Tutorial video and all. He also sent out a tiny rubber part that i annoyingly hoovered up. Thanks Sean and AT!!

Warranty replacement was undertaken without challenge, though they were clear this was because we had purhcased filter cartridges throigh them on their rrecommended schedule.

I absolutely love the Aquatap — the tap itself is fantastic and the customer service has been great. Sean was incredibly helpful and guided me through everything step by step. Really excellent aftercare!

I would 100% recommend Aquatap, but I do want to highlight one thing: make sure you order and change the filters regularly, as the warranty won’t apply if you don’t. My builder installed the system and never mentioned this, so I had no idea. I also assumed the filters needed changing every 12 months, not every 6( silly me, I should know better considering how hard London water is!)

After 1.5 years of use, a simple descaling of the unit with the descaling set from the company brought it back to working 100%.
Overall, I’m still very happy with the product — and huge thanks to Sean for all his support.

Dear Aqua Taps Limited
Unfortunately my hot water tap no linger provides boiling water. As a result we have to use our kettle again not very happy.

We received the replacement filter promptly on time as planned. Though one point needs to be taken on board, that the old used filter should be recycled and could be reused, and not to be binned, as currently suggested.
