The service is great.....I've known Bill and Eugene for years and the staff always is polite and very helpful.

Your company provides a personal touch to the interactions we have. The regular updates and emails also a nice touch. I feel like you do your best to protect and grow my investments.

When I call concerning an issue with my account or a general question, anyone that answers at this firm is polite and gets you to the correct person if they can't handle your request. When I am promised a call back it is done the same day or the next business day. When the economy is not doing well I get an updated podcast in my email regarding what they are doing to keep my finances secure. The podcast updates can be 2 within 1 week depending on the market. This puts me at ease to know someone outside of my family cares about my retirement funds.

On my last financial review in November Quest Financial USA has helped me reviewing in detail all of my investments.

I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.

I started with a free seminar given to the employees of AT&T with thoughts of retirement. It was super informative but left me with questions. I scheduled a 1:1 with an advisor and that was the best decision ever! Thankfully these amazing folks work as a team and utilize each of their expertise to build a plan that helps me work toward my goals. Not quite time to retire but I trust I am now on a realistic path! Love these folks.
