There are so many of these companies out there who are there just to lie to you and rob you, and there are only a couple who actually have the finance to actually buy your property. We found out the hard way that the other company will agree a price with you - then at the last minute drop the price. Fortunately we already had quickmovenow.com working with us when that happened to us.
You will deal with Rhys Luke the Purchasing Director and he will actually send someone round to value your property...which is something no other company did. If you agree to the sale then all will be conducted at a time frame to suit you. We found Rhys was always responsive to our queries and difficulties and was open, honest and trustworthy.
To close, if for what ever reason you need to sell your property quickly I can whole heartedly recommend this company.

Having gone through this whole process from start to finish I can honestly say it has all gone through very smoothly. We were paid what they offered, kept in contact and have been very helpful. We did our research prior to choosing Quickmovenow and have not been dissapointed. Would definitely recommend.

I have never used a house purchase company before and had heard all the horror stories. However, I was so right in choosing Quick Move Now. Everything they said they would do, they did and very quickly. Every transaction was transparent and open. All their personal were exceptionally professional.

Was impressed by the 5* reviews, & decided they would be a good fit for us. After sending out an Estate Agent for an appraisal, (around £260,000), they then came to me with an offer of £185,000.
What a joke!! Their response was in order to flip it, they'd sell it at £230,000 then I'd get 85% of that figure! Well, their math doesn't add up, & I would avoid these cretins like the plague!
Awful, dishonest company who need shutting down. Absolutely furious is an understatement!!

A Great Easy Experience from start to finish. Having had two onward house sales fail,Quick Move Now, were very understanding keeping in touch and once my onward house was agreed it was a no rush move out on the day with fund instantly transferred. I have used them twice this year for seamless sales of properties.

It was a big step and leap of faith as when we heard some of the horror stories about other companies, we had no idea what to expect. However, we quickly felt reassured and questions were answered patiently and fully, which gave us confidence. The whole process was seamless and straightforward with no stress over dealing with the usual things as this was all handled by Quick Move Now team. We could call at anytime if we needed to and were fully supported at all stages, including the solicitor that we opted for them to engage for us.
Yes, we did forego the full market value of the house, but we saved with all the fees and hassle of selling on the open market, we still came away with enough to buy the property we wanted with some spare cash, and we really did move quickly. So we highly recommend this company.

I was very nervous of going down the route of selling a property to a 'quick sale' company but have been comfortable with the outcome. The initial estimate of an offer was based on my own valuation of the property with a range of 80-85% given. When the property was valued by a local estate agent, that valuation was slightly lower which was unfortunate but the market is changing. The 'proper' offer was based on that valuation.

Another company gave a slightly lower offer without sending an estate agent round. That was based on research only.

I had read a lot of information about companies who later reduced their offer but that could be due to the condition of a property after a proper survey was undertaken.

The positive about this company is that you speak to the owner who I found to be easy to understand and fair. The company needs to make a profit on the sale of the property so you have to accept that they need to cover their costs and they take on the risk of any delay in selling.

I initially found out about the company on the advisory.co.uk website which is helpful in advising you which companies they would recommend for your area.

If I did want to sell another property quickly again, I would have no hesitation in using Quick Move Now Ltd again.

After no luck on the usual open market I decided to look into benchmarking several cash buying companies and I was very impressed with Quick Move Now. They seemed professional, helpful, and a genuine cash buying company. There was absolutely no pressure or insisting me sign anything and they are members of NAPB, supposedly trying to improve standards in this industry. They took 2 local estate agents valuations and I myself recognise my house had been initially marketed way over at £350k instead of around £300k. They offered me 78% (£235k) Obviously they are in business to make a margin and I took a couple of months to think it over but as I wanted a quick hassle free sale I was tempted and so I kept in touch with them after their initial offer. After around 2 months I called Danny to see if the market had changed and if that price still stood. I specifically asked this and the price hadn’t changed. I therefore asked more questions about next steps and using their suggested solicitor. I was in touch with Danny several times over the next week or so by email and call keen to go ahead, whilst I was researching their suggested solicitor and making plans for my next move into a rental. Not once in this short timeframe since I specifically asked if the price had changed was I told anything about a re-assessment. But guess what, when I then asked them to proceed and suggested completion dates, they came back said they had to review the market and then offered me £20k less at £215k. Absolutely DISHONEST/Misleading or incompetent whatever way you want to look at this. This company is exactly why companies get a bad reputation in this sector. This is not just complete lack of transparency and fairness to me as a customer, which I’m sure is the point of NAPB membership, but Danny (MD) blatantly lied/withheld the reality when I asked him over the phone about the price. DO NOT TRUST!

I reached out to Quick Move Now because my buyer got made redundant just a couple of weeks before we were due to exchange and essentially, broke my chain. I didn’t want to lose the property that I was buying so I had to look at all of my options. QMN were extremely helpful, I spoke to Gary initially and explained my situation, I provided some details and I received an estimated offer immediately during the conversation. This was quickly followed up by email to arrange a viewing and after that I received a formal offer. Luckily, I had an offer from some first time buyers so I decided to go with them. However, even though I didn’t decide to proceed with QMN, I received a follow up email to advise me they were there should I need them. I did call and spoke to Rhys Luke, the Purchasing Director, who gave me some great advice and wished me luck with my sale. I couldn’t fault them, one of the REAL cash buying companies rather than others that claim to offer ‘cash’ but in reality, they just re market your property and hope to take a huge amount for doing very little! I appreciate the transparency and honesty of QMN and would absolutely recommend them…

I have been advised today that my completion scheduled for 19th September is now in doubt due to Quickmove not having sufficient funds. All my legal paperwork is complete, I have made all the necessary arrangements to move and it just hinges on the fact that Quickmove do not have sufficient money to complete the deal. What a joke!
They promise:
Security: Once a formal offer is accepted, the sale is secured (subject to survey). Our cash funds are instantly available. What a joke!
Convenience: Part exchanging your home for a park home avoids the worry and uncertainty of selling on the open market. What a joke!
All of the arrangements that I have made will now all need to be changed until they have sold properties that they have on their books to generate funds to complete on my deal. Apparently I am in a queue! What a joke!

I recently contacted Quick Move Now regarding the potential sale of my property. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The representative I spoke with was dismissive from the outset and told me, in no uncertain terms, that I would “never get what I wanted for my property” and should “just stick with a normal estate agent.” While I appreciate honesty, the manner in which this was delivered came across as disrespectful and unprofessional.

I understand that quick-sale companies naturally purchase below market value—that is part of their model. However, I had expected a constructive and courteous conversation about options, rather than being told outright that my expectations were unrealistic and my enquiry wasn’t worthwhile.

At a time when sellers may already be under financial pressure, professionalism and empathy should be paramount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Quick Move Now, as their approach felt more discouraging than supportive.

It’s a real shame, as I know Quick Move Now comes highly recommended within the quick-sale industry, which is why I chose to reach out. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that reputation. The dismissive and unprofessional tone of the representative I spoke to has left me with no confidence in pursuing any business with your company.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as professionalism and empathy are crucial when dealing with customers who may already be under financial pressure.
