I was scammed out of my money. They requested verification, I sent all the required documents, and now it has been 9 days with no response from them

Extremely disappointing experience! It's Fake casino!! One morning I logged in and found that my account had been closed for "security reasons" without any email or proper explanation!!
I contacted support, but instead of helping, they requested additional documents even though my account was already verified. At the time my account was closed, I had around $10,000 on my balance, and I still have no access to my funds!!!
I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a solution. The lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this casino!!!
