Repeated survey rejections after completion
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I completed multiple surveys fully, spent a significant amount of time answering carefully, and still received the same rejection message saying my responses did not match the requirements. This has happened three times already. It’s frustrating to invest time and effort without receiving any explanation.

Hi,
We don't have a way to tell the exact reason why a member was disqualified from a survey because QR is just a database of survey takers. We don't program any surveys or host them ourselves.
The survey router databases that we partner with can disqualify for a number of reasons, anything from being on a VPN or outside of the US and Canada, speeding or taking long breaks during a survey, missing attention checks, providing different demographics at the end versus at the start, and possibly many other reasons.
Typically if it's happening multiple times in a row, it's related to survey speed. If you slow down, it should help.

I am sorry that you feel this way, but as stated in the terms we only allow residents of USA to participate only. Use of proxy/vpn is prohibited. We had been around 25 years now and if we were a scam we wouldn't be around this long.
Points based but easy and legitimate
While it is a points based rewards system. It isn't to difficult to earn points. Most of the tasks can be done while you are working etc. The surveys take some time, but are from legitimate, known market research companies. Payouts aren't huge but a great way to get fun money or help to pay for subscriptions.

QuickRewards performs account audits at various times for fraud prevention. At the time of cashout, our system flagged this user's account as potentially being a duplicate account. We politely explained the reason for the flag and asked for identification to confirm their unique membership. They denied that our Terms of Service gave us the right to close their account and require ID, and we respectfully directed them to the relevant sections of our Terms. All members are required to acknowledge the Terms of Service at the time of account creation. We reassured them that for privacy purposes, they could redact their date of birth from their license and their account number from the requested utility bill. The member refused to provide the documentation. As we told the member previously, if they send the requested documentation, we will reopen their account.

We had been around since 2002. If we were fraud/scam like you claim, we would not be around for 22+ years.
We also don't send any spam/partner emails. Maybe you are confusing our emails with another site. All of our emails are marked clearly as Quickrewards.

This is a legit and wonderful website. When I first had an issue, there was a hiccup, and a misunderstanding with communication with Quick Rewards support staff. Thankfully though, with some time, patience, and understanding, the hiccup and issue got fixed. I've never met such a compassionate customer service team, and with such diligence and vigilance to keep their website maintained and honest.

Lack of Transparency and Unfair Account Blocking
I've always been attentive, consistent, and took my time completing surveys. I've been using this website for a long time without issues. Today, my account was blocked due to a vague "quality issue" reported by a survey partner. Despite asking for specific reasons or evidence, the support team stopped responding. This lack of transparency and customer support is disappointing and unfair to loyal users.
Edit: shouldn't you behave with integrity? I asked for evidence; I wanted to be shown the email/message you received from your survey partner.

As stated in email, one of our survey partners identified a pattern of poor quality in your survey responses dating back for months. They are refusing to pay us for your work, which we had already paid you for. When you asked what reason they provided, we responded quickly and truthfully that we did not know. There is no additional information available, and as we stated in email, we wish you all the best.
