TRUFFA..vi fa vincere ma non vi fa prelevare

I played the Quick Win casino. I won only $100 so I decided to withdraw that win. They say 3 days to get the withdraw in you account but, I am now into 6 days and the support is just a delay method to hope to keep people on the hook. I ask support many time and I get all the same answers. ( your withdrawal is next in the queue and will be processed soon. )
I think that they are try to scam people. If you make them wait long enough maybe they will play it and lose it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYOME PLAY ON THIS CASINO.

QuickWin Casino - Withdrawal Issue

I submitted a withdrawal request on 25.3.2026 and it has not been processed yet. Although they state processing within 3 business days, my withdrawal is already over a week late.

Support has repeatedly failed to provide any specific deadline and only refers me to an internal complaint with a 10-day deadline, which I consider a delaying tactic.

If the withdrawal is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the situation to Curaçao eGaming (license 8048/JAZ).

I do not recommend.

Le site est bien , mais le nom du casino ne correspond pas du tout a leur vitesse de payement des gains.
Slowwin serait plus correct !

Geld wurde abgebucht aber nie meinem Konto gut geschrieben. Jetzt hat sich meinen Bank gemeldet und gesagt das dies eine verdächtige Überweisung war und das Geld nicht zurück geholt werden kann!

I've requested to be excluded multiple times and they dont do it. Instead they call and email you constantly. Stay away from this casino. They dont have responsible gaming limits or even allow you to exclude. They limit how much you can withdraw as well. Beware!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This place is a complete scam just like the other review state. You can't remove any money that you win. And you just deposit for nothing. It is a complete joke. Don't believe anything they tell you because it's not true. They will not give you any of your money. It will just keep giving you lame excuses. This is a horrible place and it should be shut down. Do not play here unless you plan on giving away money and not getting anything back. Stay away from this place!

Stay away from Quickwin, they pay no attention to responsible gaming rules. They should have their license revoked. Do yourself a favor, don't bother with them.
