Very good customer service .

The process was simple and easy. All communication was done by email and sms which was perfect as I work in a call centre and is hard to take personal calls. Carlos was very efficient with replies and made things easy. This is my fourth loan with these guys and have no hesitation recommending.

I can't thank this lender enough for giving me a chance when no one else would. From the beginning, the process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way.

Shaira was a superstar. They made the whole transaction as painless as possible. I appreciate their flexibility, and personal attention to detail.

My account Manager Machie is the most unhelpful, aggressive and threatening individual to deal with. The emails received are extremely insensitive and forceful. It makes me feel like I am being attacked. Using personal information and mentioning others lenders in my initial application as a form of argument is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This behaviour coming from a leader questions the integrity of the company. The fees are extremely high and there is no understanding if you face a missed payment due to unforeseen circumstances. I will never use this company again. It’s hard to pay it off when they just keep slapping you with every fee under the sun.

I used them for 2 loans 2 years ago.
paid them out.
now trying to appy when my situation is better than what it was when I used them 2 years ago. now they won't approve me.
maybe new staff, I don't know, but sam was always helpful and now they are not helpful like they used to be.

they asked me to remove my last bad review, and I thought they would be more helpful. so now I'm redoing it.
