Everything about this company is excellent. Quality of product, price, especially customer services. Nothing was too much trouble. Save yourself time and trouble, this company is competitive. No need to go anywhere else. On my saved list for future.
I have contacted the customer service multiple times and no response at all. My package is lost and I have been asking for a refund but nothing happens.
Ordered a sample to see if the colour was what we wanted.
The sample came quickly and securely packaged. The sample size was larger than I was expecting.
imperfections ..pulls in the fabric thread pattern , received item on 6th aug sent 3 emails for replacement, did not get a response until 13th aug by which time the job was done and sent out using another company's fabric
