While we respect your perspective and the right to express your dissatisfaction, we find the score somewhat surprising, as a rating of 1 typically suggests a level of mediocrity. This characterization seems excessive and not entirely aligned with the objective of ratings on platforms like Trustpilot, which is to foster continuous improvement through constructive feedback. A more balanced assessment would not only have been more in line with our interactions but also more conducive to our ongoing efforts to enhance our services.

Despite the unexpected low rating, we remain committed to understanding and addressing any possible shortcomings. We want to assure you that we dedicated considerable time and resources to meet your needs and are disheartened that our service did not live up to your expectations.

Regarding the pricing issue, we apologize for any confusion caused by the price difference at the last minute. As travel costs can fluctuate based on factors like timing, demand, and availability, last-minute bookings from Johannesburg, particularly in busy periods like mid-May, can indeed be higher. While the quoted rate was R4810 per person above our initial 'From' price, we strived to provide a competitive offer given the circumstances. We value your budget and had proposed alternative dates that could better align with our advertised special. Additionally, we believe the quoted price, though higher, reflected the exceptional quality and level of services provided, ensuring that the value received was well worth the investment.

We also apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry due to an IT oversight that prevented your message from reaching one of our consultants. We have taken this issue seriously and are working with our IT department to implement measures to ensure this does not happen again.
