We just returned from a 12 day trip to Turkey. It was fantastic, Nolene was the person who went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was a success… everything was handled professionally. She reassured us about everything and made the journey stress-free from our end. Thank you QuinTrip; we will most certainly utilise your services again.

The prompt and excellent service from Quintrip exceeded our expectations! This was a sudden and unplanned trip and Quintin were extremely helpful. This was a well planned trip. Quintin was very helpful and more than willing to personally speak with me to be sure the trip and our plans were consistent with our objectives and expectations. He provided very good detail and descriptions of the destinations, places of interest and agenda. Even when our flights and transfers changed due to unforeseen circumstances he contacted me via whatsapp and send an updated itinerary the same day. Our next trip will definitely be through Quintrip!

We had the best experience with Quintrip. There was a number of hurdles during the planning but Quintin kept us updated, explored different solutions with us and managed the make our trip to Zanzibar a resounding success. All round professionalism.

Experience in Zanzibar
The people are quite friendly and helpful. The airport there does seem to lose luggage alot, but in our case the luggage was recovered the following day, so perhaps have a carry on so you can have a change of outfit in that eventuality
Tui Blue Bahari
This is an absolutely beautiful resort with many enemities. The one issue is the TV, there is no DSTV and the TVs are not smart TVs. I also left a pair of shoes in our room. In Check out when I tried to recover them after vacating the room, I was not able to recover them but I suppose this happens all over.
I would recommend the resort get DSTV and/or smart TVs as at times the activities wear you out and you require some downtime in your room.
Everything else was absolutely beautiful, I would definitely stay here again.
In summary Quintrip is a superb travel agency and I will be using them again next year and years to come!

Tui Blue was fantastic, the food was better than I expected and the wifi coverage makes it all the way to the beach which is unexpected and excellent in service.

Quintin kept us up to date on any changes and made regular check ins when we were on the trip, it has been a wonderful experience.

Overall the service that we received from Quintrip was exceptional. We received clear information and instructions in good time. The trip was amazing, from the shuttle service that collected us from the Airport and took us to excursions. Service providers were very willing to assist, always with a smile. I dont have words to describe the beauty of the Tiu Blue Bahari Hotel in Zanzibar. My word, from the warm welcome at reception, clean rooms - bar fridge topped up daily, the food and drinks from their different internal restaurants (we had taken the all inclusive package). I also appreciated that we could access wifi throughout the hotel, even when we took about 2km walks into the ocean during low tide we still had access to wifi. I wasn't too happy about not having familiar tv channels in the hotel room but that meant more time on the beach. Thank you Quintrip! It was fantastic!
