False Advertising. If there lying about one think, what else do the lie about. Wasting my time. Need to buy with a local agent. They advertise an anonymous quote for term and guaranteed universal life insurance. But then you click on universal life and as for your information to be spammed out to life insurance agents. I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.
