After having my policy for nearly 2yrs had to cancel due to cost of living and cutting back as I am a single unemployed parent with disabilities.i cancelled months ago but they still rang and after telling them I cancelled policy they then told,we'll threatened me with...I had to pay 250 pounds cancellation fee....greedy inconsiderate money grabbing rude company.i called policy provider and was told I did not have to paya fee,so not only greedy but liars too,so good luck quote easy getting 250 from me ,

I have read the reviews listed and i must say that is not the opinion i formed of this company.. In fact i would say that the majority of the reviewers who are complaining relate a series of events that are to be blunt nonsense.. I was advised by quote easy and got a much better policy for me than the one i had in place at the time.. Yes they are keen to sell ;you an insurance policy but if you search about the quotes and facts they present to you then you can see they give excellent advice, they did for me. Oh and i did check and they ARE FCA regulated.

I HATE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL FRAUD THEY A CALL CENTRE IN SOUTH AFRICA DURAN IN UMHLANA THE PLACE IS CALLED I THINK IT IS

I feel for any person they dup into actually giving them info. They obviously know they are doing something wrong as they have their answers all ready. Avoid as to me they do not seem to be on the up n up.

Got a call from a private number, I am a student, told them I do not have a job at the moment, yet they still said they could offer me a life insurance plan. How can one do this when you're not in employment (lol), then was redirected to a manager of this supposed company and when he was asking me stuff and I was replying in the way I did and questioning back to them, they then cut the call. Because it was only honesty I was speaking. So all in all yes more likely to be a scam !

Cold called from a private number, very pushy.

robo callers. unlimited amount of numbers they use. usualy hangs up when you atteamp to call them back. admited to buying my details from a 3rd party using the excuse i should of ticked a box, which i always do but no way to proove it which is why they say it. for the long of all the quotes they give are higher than what you can search for. stay away from these crooks

SPAM. Got a call from a private number. The caller asked to speak to my daughter who does not have a life insurance policy saying that its up for renewel and a better price. I refused to answer the questions and they said they can put me in touch with the manager who is FDA regulated. Then from that person I understood they work for Quote Easy and want to sell me insurance.

Call centre called claiming to be from the "insurance review centre" and my details were taken off the National Insurance Policy regarding my life insurance policy from legal and general... I've never had such a policy, but played along... Spoke to somebody from Quote Happy.

Very pushy and aggressive salesman. I kept trying to ascertain where he was calling from. And he told me the person before was just a lead generator and has "nothing to do with our company". Ha! I asked who is paying him then, to which he launched into a tirade of abuse... Perhaps QuoteEasy need to review their business practice so they don't come across as slimy and untrustworthy as they do at the moment!

Just been cold-called by Quote Easy (or someone claiming to be them) on this number: 01925 394069. I've never given them permission to contact me, so likely the are breaking GDPR. He seemed to a pushy salesman, and launched straight into asking me for PII data. I asked for his company name and whether the company was FCA regulated, and he told me that 'he was only an agent'. Dodgy...

I keep getting calls from a company that put me through to Quote Easy. even though I told them I wasn't interested and only got this insurance 2 weeks ago with another company they keep asking questions until they transfer you to Quote Easy. rather than be rude, I get transferred and tell them this type of sales isn't good as old or vulnerable people could be talked into this and please take me off the calls list but I keep getting calls. I will never use a company like this and hope others take not of my review.

The customer service team are fabulous .. so helpful and knowledgeable...! Prompt answering of phone to get to the right person .. very satisfied would definitely recommend

Took out a policy yesterday, excellent service and most importantly price and cover.

Overall i am made up with the service provided by this company, they were understanding and patient because I tend to go on at times. they tailored me a policy to my needs checking with the whole of the market. oh and i referred my cousin and got shopping vouchers in return. whats not to love.

They're quick to sell you insurance... Then when I cancelled 2 years later they slapped me a £250 bill telling me its in the small print. They failed to mention this when they were taking my money.

*Update 21/10/2021*
*Today, after intervention by the ICO following a lack of response to a GDPR request (further evidence not to touch these), someone from SGA Consultancy Group (the parent company of Quote Easy I think) has contacted me. They have no records of any contact by phone or email made previously. I believe them - I doubt they keep any evidence that can support any negative views*

Have been receiving nuisance calls for some time now. Claim to want to discus your life insurance policy. Hang up when you press the for details and ask “which life insurance policy”.
Appear to be linked to a company called Cover Compare (I suspect an offshore operation).
Got put through to an ‘advisor’ who when asked about how to make a subject access request under GDPR just said wow, you must have a lot of time on your hands and became very aggressive.
I wouldn’t suggest this is a reputable company to deal with.
