Excellent service prompt clean and tidy job and explained how to use system simply as I’m not very technical

Raaj installed our system 2 years ago after an attempted theft at our property.

Today he came to upgrade our cctv system. As previously, no hard sell or no pushing, just asked what we required and wanted from a system, and installed just that.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and had ppe and worked at a distance. The kind of workmen who you can leave to work in your home and trust 100%.

Raaj installed a 4 camera setup & a house alarm on our new build recently. He and his partner Taz, arranged a visit to come inspect the property and discuss our options. They were punctual and very thorough, without being in any way pushy. We discussed options and agreed on what was to be done. The job was booked in shortly thereafter and Raaj came and concluded the job quickly and professionally.

Starting with the work; the install is incredibly tidy. Wiring has been laid accurately, discreetly and as discussed. The hardware is of the highest standard, and the install could not be better.

The after service... Raaj took time to show my partner and I how to use the hardware, but then followed up with video instructions so we had something to refer back to. He was also on hand for any questions that arose shortly thereafter. Going above and beyond what I would’ve expected within what we considered, a very competitive and fair price.

Finally, the customer service. I cannot fault either Raaj or Taz in the lengths they go to provide a great customer experience, from the initial enquiry to the conclusion of the job. Not only do they know their stuff, but their attention to detail / willingness to go the extra mile / general attitude and professionalism are second to none. They have a great manner, a brill sense of humour and are generally lovely, hard working people.

If you are considering using their services, I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have subsequently fulfilled jobs for friends and family on our recommendation, all of whom report the same experience.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. We had 4 cameras and an alarm fitted, so pleased with everything, Raaj was so friendly, helpful and professional without. If you need CCTV - do no look any further!

Highly recommend Raaj and Taz for a cctv install. Raaj came out and quoted me for what I actually needed unlike the another cctv company who just saw an opportunity to hike the price up and give me a quote for cameras that weren’t needed in terms of spec.
From quote to the install Raaj has been fantastic, he is professional and trustworthy and goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Even when I wanted one of the cameras moving after he had put it up he did it without fuss and complaint and is easily approachable.

He was always on time and got on with the job even when my children were asking him question after stupid question about cameras.

He left everything neat and tidy and always vacuumed up after himself even though I offered to do it for him. All wires are tidy, correctly and neatly done inside and out and he asked at each stage if I was happy with where everything was and how he had done it.

A truly professional, tidy and trustworthy company who I won’t hesitate to recommend to family or friends. If there’s any problems I know he will be a phone call away.

I did see the negative review that someone had put and it didn’t put me off ringing him for a quote, I’m so glad I did as honestly Raaj is absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy with the end product.

A special mention to Taz as well who is the backbone of the company, readily available for questions and keeps you up to date on when your install will be and when Raaj is on the way.

I've known Raaj for a number of years. He installed CCTV for a complex, large-scale outdoor event I was involved in, saving the main organisers a significant amount of money (and worry!). I have recommended his services on numerous occassions, always with delighted clients and would not hesitate to recommend again as his ethical business approach and technical expertise is second to none. Additionally, he's one of the nicest, most genuine guys you could wish to meet!

For the record, the moral high ground was taken by me in cutting short my losses and bringing in an another installer. The point remains that were you incapable of installing a system I purchased or whether you used this as a get out of free jailcard. In either of these scenarios, you should never have taken the job if you lacked the skills to execute the job with absolute professionalism.

As a further point of objection, you have failed to deny that you had an employee coming going up and down my sisters house next door to manage the cables via the attic. Having an employee entering and leaving my property and my sisters chucking cables over the roof, I would be keen to know what category of professional this falls under. My point remains, you viewed my house in a consultation, you were aware of the facts. Yet you still did a terrible job.

To answer your comment that the wires were nearly tucked away, the image shows the contrary. They were left how you put them there. You left that much wire, not in a month of sundays could that be displayed neatly. These wires that couldn't be cut at time were sorted by a professional in no time, highlighting the fact that it could be done.

For anyone reading these comments, let the record state I'm happy for him to show his copy of the messages, which will reflect incompetence and an attempt to further fleece me out of money. Also you can head to Raaj cctv Facebook and see the pictures for yourselves. Also you state that I was aggressive via txts messages?? I have also left a copy of our txt message conversation on your Facebook,(which clearly states I wasn’t aggressive) can you please state where I had been aggressive? You are more than welcome to share those txt comments too, please do feel free so we can establish who is lying (you again)!!! Also I haven’t steeped to anything other than the truth, you can’t publish evidence as you have none as I have already posted all the evidence on your Facebook, stop saying character assassination I read you posted this same comment on here with another customer who left you a bad review, don’t slither your way out of this disaster...however I would very much like for you to publish your record of whatever you have on your file as I’m intrigued as to what this could possibly be, I asking you with my full authority to publish this please. Raaj installed CCTV and a Ring doorbell at my aunt's house. The work he did is excellent and throughout he was professional, friendly, courteous and reliable. I am so grateful for his kindness to my aunt, his patience and for his clear explanations of how to get the best from the system. Raaj's wife Taz is a lovely lady and her responses to my messages were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Raaj CCTV. It was a pleasure to meet Raaj and I wish him and Taz all the best.

We have had two installations carried out by Raaj, one for the our home and then later one for the charity I work for, both installations were carried out professionally and within the agreed time frame, from the 1st initial enquiry to completion of the work and then annual service we were kept fully up to date with everything and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Raaj and his team and completely trust his knowledge and skills in delivering a 1st class job!!!!

I rang Raaj as my car had been broken into and was badly shaken. Raaj and his wife Taj came out on a Sunday to speak with me and my husband. They were brilliant. They recommended the best CCTV for us although they did give us options. Raaj booked us in at a time that suited us. The installation was good and the quality of the pictures are excellent. raaj installed cctv at my dads house and from start to finish he was professional and really well spoken, he was tidy and neat with all the wiring, helped position the cameras so they covered all blind spots, and even helped us set up so we could view wirelessly on out phones, by dad was really impressed by his workmanship and never seen such care to detail to make sure we got the best out of our cctv, he now has a customer for life in my dad and also my family, and taz was great in communicating to us they are a great double team

Having spoken to Raaj at the Bingley Business Expo about my existing Cctv system, I decided to ask him to quote and then carry out the upgrades I required. Raaj turned up on time and carried out the work in a professional manner and completed the work on time. Raaj took the time to demonstrate the system and set it to my requirements. I have to say the most impressive thing about Raaj is his friendly attitude and his attention to his customers requirements and satisfaction, especially when there was a problem with the system, Raaj returned to rectify the problem and immediately. In my opinion the after sales service he provides is just as good as the installation service and that is why I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone wanting a quality Cctv system professional fitted at a reasonable cost.

Raaj fitted security cameras for me recently. The entire service was professional, impressive and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know in a way that I could understand.
