Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday and I’m uk based. Was incredibly happy with the service and process. Also the only reliable place that held a specific racket i couldn’t locate anywhere else.

Very Poor Customer Service.

Very Poor Customer Service.
I ordered a padel racket (Wilson Blade) that was not cheap, and after 7/8 games the racket completely broke on the top side where the face of the racket joins the outer frame.
Already tried to contact them and activate the warranty policy that they claim they have, and I just ended being ignored for the last 2 months.

Great Service

Really pleased with the service and arrived in time to use for the first time. Nicely balanced Padel racket and hopefully last longer than the previous one.
