Some people really take advantage economically
Some people really take advantage financially. For example, I joined a badminton event that was supposed to have only 4 players, but in the end there were 8 of us sharing a single court, and each person paid £15.
When I asked about the actual cost of the court, the organizer became aggressive, so I decided to leave. To make matters worse, after I left, he gave me negative feedback that was completely made up and had nothing to do with my skill level or personality, it was clearly just retaliation.
On top of that, he lied, he claimed he had paid £80, when in reality it costs £24 per hour. Charging £15 to each of the 8 participants means he made almost £100 extra for himself.
Customer service is slow, clumsy, and frankly quite disappointing, especially Roberta. I expected a higher level of professionalism, particularly considering that I paid for the membership.
Youâve lost me as a customer, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform at all costs.
