The lead time was accurate (a few days ahead) and on arrival I was so happy with the two cabinets. Fantastic quality, ready to slot in and easy to fix to wall will a YouTube video in dispatch email even! Four clips fit each panel at front and unfortunately one clip was broken. I emailed and they popped a couple in the post for me. Great communication and customer service from start to finish

Excellent product and a great service.
I took comfort from the slick website when I noticed that reviews on Trust pilot backed up what looked like a great company and product. The whole process from ordering to delivery could not have gone smoother. My wife and I really could not be happier with quality and finish. We will be using Radiator Cabinets Uk again.

Ordered two cabinets for the lounge. Arrived within the time frame promised and look superb, fantastic finish and fit exactly as expected. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Delivery guys really pleasant and delivered a day early. Considering ordering another two. Thank you Radiator cabinets.

My husband and I saved for 5 years to…
My husband and I saved for 5 years to do the work we wanted in our retirement home. sadly he died before we could embark upon it. I had boiler replaced, walls knocked down and re-plastered and as a little luxury an expensive radiator cover to hide a very ugly radiator in my hallway. All work was instigated at the same time and everything is done, but still not radiator cover. Arrived unfinished, screws supplied to fix panels went right through to the other side and the only response I got was human error. Now almost 3 months after I ordered it I still have only a front panel. I have asked for my money back with no response.
Update
Well I finally got a response after my review and a new dispatch notice was emailed to me - unfortunately it had the wrong address on this notification so I'm not hopeful.

Thank you for leaving this feedback.
I have looked into the details; The cabinet was delivered at the end of July, four weeks after you placed the order. You flagged up an issue and a member of our team drove from a project in London for over two and a half hours to retrieve the cabinet and get it back to our workshop to resolve the problem.
We explained the panel would need to be remade, which it has been, and we have sent courier details to show it’s on the way back to you. This is an eight week timeframe altogether from ordering, so I’m not sure where the three months comes from.
We are always happy to provide customers with updates when politely requested.
I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, my sincerest condolences. Your cabinet is absolutely stunning and I hope when it’s delivered and fixed in place it provides that finishing touch to your renovation project.
Of course if you decide you don’t want the cabinet I’ll get you refunded and organise for it to be collected again.

Update response:
This is the only address available on the courier system to select in this postcode. The company and the driver will contact you directly in any case. The shipment was organised prior to your review. It’s likely the wording of your emails as to why you weren’t receiving updates.
Very high attention to detail
There web site is so helpful and easy to use the products I ordered came on time and were better quality than I thought they would be

Ordered two cabinets recently
Ordered two cabinets recently. Company representatives were extremely helpful guiding me through how to measure correctly and ensure the specifications given for bespoke cabinets was correct. Was promised delivery in 5-6 weeks but actually arrived in two weeks. Cabinets did not disappoint. Extremely well made and now provide a great feature to our rooms doing away with ugly radiators. Could not be more pleased. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again.

Ordered an unusually large radiator cover for my hallway, arrived in perfect condition and loved it so much, I purchased another two of a different style for my lounge.
John, was very helpful, the service was exceptional, looking around my home now for where I will place my next purchase!

Disappointed
I requested a quote for a bespoke cabinet with an additional shoe storage to the side. Liaised with the customer service team via whatsapp to get some guidance for measurements. I provided the measures immediately, I waited to hear back, chasing multiple times for a response - my messages got completely ignored and no quote was ever given.
It’s now been 10 days since the request.
Complete disappointment.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service, ordered 29th January 2024, despite 3 telephone calls and 2 emails re proposed delivery date no one called back and no email response therefore the order was cancelled on 27th February 2024. Out of the blue they advised delivery date of 25th June 2024!!

Thank you for your feedback. I've looked into this on your behalf.
This order was made and delivered in February 2024. It wasn't cancelled and was delivered to your address (signed for).
The order wasn't marked as complete at the time because you flagged that the mesh part of the grille was missing. That's why you only received the completion email now.
It transpired that you hadn't ordered the grille with a mesh. The website options are clear (a photo shows the grille without mesh), and we also sent a confirmation email explaining that there was no mesh on the order you placed. You didn't reply to the confirmation email to say there was a mistake, so the grille was made as you ordered.
From the notes, I can see that a colleague discussed the possibility of sending the mesh separately, so we have reached out to discuss the ordering error.
Unfortunately, although we attempted to, it's impossible to supply the mesh retrospectively and attach it correctly. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss alternative options.
We are always happy to work with customers to resolve situations like this.

Perfect Radiator Cabinet
First of all they guided me over the phone how to fill in the dimensions etc. The cabinet arrived very quickly - just over a week. It was easy to fit (following the online video). It fits perfectly and looks great.
