Fast excellent service. Only one star knocked off as they won’t send password reset

Have ordered before as great products and as described. Received car within a reasonable time frame esp given that it was over the Christmas/ new year period. Only current issue is that we didn’t receive the additional 3S battery that was purchased as a bundle. Have emailed customer services and awaiting reply. If a timely response and the battery are received would rate as 4 stars but currently on day 3 and no response despite it saying they must be notified within 2 days.

Made an order before Christmas with this company, item never arrived due to how incompetent they are. Somehow they managed to incorrectly put my address down (even though I paid with PayPal which contains all my details) on the packages label. No recipient name or road name on it hence why it never arrived. Tried contacting them through email and phone. No response to my emails, managed to get through on the phone even though it was a waste of time. Seller said it was my fault for the incorrect address even though all my details were sent when I paid with PayPal. Over three weeks and still had no updates or a satisfactory solution, I escalated to PayPal. Only then the seller showed interest. Told the seller I still want the item because I ordered parts from Japan for the specific model I ordered. Instead, the seller issued a refund minus postage! Since this ordeal, others have come forward stipulating the incompetence of this company on how unhelpful they are when an issue arises. If you want a hassle free service when buying an rc model, use a company that’ll look after you when things go wrong who won’t try to refund you a lesser amount, or raise your anxiety, or puts incorrect address details down when you order, or blame you for issues which is clearly their fault and responds when contacted. The whole ordeal has been an eye opener for me on how this company operates. Over three weeks wasted. Glad I got my hard earned back. Dodged a very nasty bullet!!!

Reply to seller-funny how I purchased five other cars, accessories, parts and tools all paid for by PayPal and all arrived. Even ordered from Japan without issue. If you can’t be bothered to address a packaging label correctly then that says a lot about how you conduct and operate as a business. You’re three weeks too late to be chasing the courier now. One word…incompetent!

Reply to seller-PayPal now investigating due to the transaction with your company is the only one that had a discrepancy on the delivery details.

Ordered a Flywing Helicopter online and paid for next day delivery.
Received a phone call from Olly stating that the advertised price was actually incorrect as to was the carriage charge and was advised that this helicopter was the 1st and only 1 in the UK until around February, he told me that should I still want to go ahead with the order then I would have to pay an extra £36 on top of what I’d already paid (£711) so now £747!
I was also advised that when I receive the helicopter I should be very careful trying to open the canopy as he admitted to struggling to open it himself, and don’t understand why he would need to do so in the first place.
Anyway today,December 18th the helicopter arrived by parcelforce on a 48hr service after me paying for 24hr and which was included in the shady £36 “surcharge”.
On opening the box it was clearly visible that the canopy that Olly had described as difficult to remove was actually damaged with a crack in the plastic! Draw your own conclusion to how that happened as there was no damage to any of the thick protective packaging or boxes etc and I never even attempted to remove the helicopter from the box after immediately seeing the damage.
Obviously not very happy that after spending £747 and receiving a damaged model I emailed this company to inform them that I want to return the item for a full refund, I was asked to send a photo to try and help them identify what the problem was, although I suspect they knew exactly and sent this damaged model out to me.
Since sending the evidence of the damage and a request to return the item I have received no response whatsoever from them, hence this review!
Utterly shocking service throughout and I won’t be spending anymore money with this company at all and I would also suggest that you think very carefully about ordering anything from them to.
This won’t end here and I have no problem exercising my consumer rights in anyway I see is needed to get a satisfactory resolution.

Easy site to navigate, plenty of options, all the information one would need about the products.
The helicopter I purchased is fantastic, durable (yep,stacked it a few times), but great fun.

I purchased my sons first proper rc car for his birthday from these guys i payed for next day delivery so it would arrive in plenty of time but they posted 48 hour which all in all took 6 days from the time I purchased on the Friday obviously I didn't expect it to arrive over the week end but certainly did expect by the Tuesday dut no I msg olly about it he said he would refund me the difference which he has not and now my son has crashed it which is to be expected I have tried to get parts from them but no reply and can't find them any where I have phoned multiple retailers who have all told me they do not provide parts for these cars and the only way to get them is from this joke of a company who will not respond so I'm sitting on a £250 paper weight as it can not be used so just stay well away form these ppl

After multiple attempts to try and sorce parts olly is still unhelpful when buying he is on the ball but After sales are discusting when I reached out to him for where I could sorce parts his reply to me was he is not obliged to help me just stay away he also had my original true review taken down

Ordered rc with 2 additional batteries, received email not meant for me to say send without batteries. Have asked Olly numerous times only to be ignored. Also ignore dispatch times despatchs in 24 hours..... Not a chance. Replies to reviews fast though!!! Had you actually explained where and a eta of the missing parts of my i could have excepted that. I wouldn't have ordered from radio-controlled.uk if it wasn't for the package deal hopefully there are better drop shippers out there.

Nothing wrong with the products they were as i expected ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Communication was not the best. I ordered 1 rc car and 2 batteries for a different car, I had to chase up the order as I had heard nothing from them. When they did reply with order shipment all was good but when I received I only got the car (no extra batteries)..emailed and said waiting for stock but should have said this from beginning and there would be no problem... when I got the batteries there was no chargers with them which it did state on the website that they came with dedicated charger.. when I emailed again I got what I assume was an Ai automated response?? as it was not understanding what I was explaining after a few messages I got to a real person and they said would be posted out first thing, when it arrived it was only 1 charger and there should have been 2,1 for each battery... so products are fine communication and after sales lacking and could/should be improved....

There was a bit of a delay receiving my order I had to email them but once sorted all was fine. The radio controlled car was a gift for my grandson it's a great first time car and the smile on his face while playing with it said it all.

I would rate zero stars but not an option. The website is not clear when ordering. We placed an order and it would not go through and were advised to replace order which we did and despite emailing to confirm that we did not want two of the order. Two were sent. Emailed to advise return. Order returned and despite emailing twice for an update on re crediting my bank account no refund or response to emails have been received. So now £80+ plus out of pocket and will be contacting trading standards

I had a good experience with Radio-Controlled.com. I was looking for a RC model appropriate for my 9 year old nephew and contacted customer support asking for advice. After a few emails back and forth over the course of a day and reviewing the suggested models, I made my purchase. The RC car arrived within 48hrs and I wrapped it ready for my nephews birthday.

Took a chance on this company.
First of all paid for 48hr service and took over a week.
Secondly items body was damaged.
Thirdly they sent wrong colour just to get it out the door.
Finally Also part broken on wheel.
I emailed pictures to Mike within 5 minutes of receiving and got no reply from him.
Then emailed customer services and got a reply stating items all used and tyres muddy so I have to buy a spare part THAT ARRIVED BROKEN.
I am starting a dispute now and can only recommend that you do NOT take the chance on this company as I feel you would be let down and left out of pocket.
If anything changes I will update but I’m not hopeful.

UPDATE:
I was offered the chance to return the purposely wrong coloured car they sent (which means they DONT actually check items before going out or they would have seen wrong colour, you’re caught out there).
Secondly the first pictures of Dante to body and paint INSIDE VEHICLE was sent within 5 minors of receiving it and opening it. I have proof of emails with times sent to Mike and had no reply.
The tyres were muddy as I put tyres on it from my Traxxas which is when I noticed it broken. I also proceeded to change tyres anyway as I thought company would send out the £6 part as they should have.
Do NOT be taken in by replies from this company, they are trying to be clever but they are not.
I have ALL emails sent and received along with dates and times which I can also relate to the delivery time by Dpd which I have proof of too.
