There is no real company behind this service – no address, no legal information, no transparency. Communication is only through WhatsApp, which is a major red flag. This appears to be a fake operation designed to take money without delivering a valid service

This is about getting an unlock code for the car radio. Once I had entered a wrong ERC code (inexperienced with the topic), there was a dead loop. The request form should not have accepted a wrong number of characters for the ERC in the first place. Therefore after the payment receipt got through, no unlock code followed. Instead of receiving an error reply I had to proactively contact support. From then on it was quick and straight forward to the solution, with the help of a description how to display the ERC on the screen.
