Not saying this is a scam but…
Not saying this is a scam. I think if your code is on their database a bot sends you it. If not then you’re screwed like me. No confirmation email or payment receipt so I knew I wasn’t getting my money back. Is what it is. Will work for some not others.

We would like to clarify that our system is fully automated and sends confirmation emails and receipts for every successful transaction. If you did not receive these, it is likely due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout or your provider filtering our messages into the spam folder.
Our database functions correctly for all users; we do not "selectively" deliver services. Please check your bank statement for a transaction ID and contact our support team directly so we can locate your order and resolve this. We have no record of a failed delivery on our end.
