Failed to provide service - would not try them again.
It looked like a potentially useful service to get a remote second opinion on X-Ray/CT scans. However they failed to provide the service. They kept citing excuses that contradict their own website / marketing material. Ended up using ChatGPT which gave an opinion that was good for the intended purpose - though at that point in time (2025) I would have prederred a radiologist's opinion. Would have thought as they soon will have to compete with AI, and also because they are based in a low cost country (and hence high profit margins), the servce would be great - but instead received no service at all!

To better understand what went wrong, could you please let us know when exactly you contacted our service? We would like to review the case internally and identify the issue.
We would also like to clarify that our service operates in two separate directions:
1) B2B - services for medical institutions (available only for licensed medical facilities under contract);
2) B2C - services for individual patients worldwide.
Our patient-facing portal only became fully operational at the ending of 2025, and prior to that the service for individual patients was limited, which may have caused confusion and unmet expectations.
