Rafiq Istanbul (rafiq.ist) helps foreigners living in, moving to, or visiting Turkey handle official paperwork and everyday life in Istanbul, in Arabic, English and Turkish. Moving to a new country means dealing with residence permits, appointments, offices and documents in a language you may not speak. Rafiq acts as your companion through that process: we review your situation, tell you which path fits you, prepare your file with you, and follow it up until it is done, so you are not left guessing alone. What we help with: - Residence permits (ikamet): tourist, student, family, work and property-based residence, renewals, and rejected applications. - Immigration office appointments, foreigner ID, tax number and address registration. - Turkish citizenship files and eligibility checks. - Sworn translation, notary and power of attorney, and in-person companion visits to banks, hospitals and government offices. - Renting or buying property, bank accounts and insurance, phone lines and utilities. - Legal and accounting support and company setup through our partner lawyers and accountants. - Medical tourism coordination and airport transfers. We serve clients across Istanbul. We work in the field, so we do not have an office open to walk-in visitors: you can reach us on WhatsApp at +90 552 458 88 80, by email at rafiq.com.tr@gmail.com, or through the website rafiq.ist. Each case is different, so we give you a clear cost estimate after we understand your situation.
