To the team at Raheel, I deeply thank all of you for your amazing service and support in making my first umrah experience as perfect as it can be.

Instantly each organiser welcomed us and ensured they personally connected with each individual in the group, making sure everyone is involved at all times.

To be able to offer time and dedication to each individual is difficult, but Raheel Travel had no problem in doing so. The organisers were available at any time and always go the extra mile.

From the pre-umrah material made, the pre-umrah seminar delivered all the way to the unique itinerary full of pleasant surprises. The daily lessons and spiritual, motivational talks. All was provided by Raheel with the best of quality and energy.

Words cannot do justice how amazing this trip was.

Raheel travel team have done a fantastic job from start to finish! They were so organised which made our trip go smooth and hassle free. Where do I begin? A review cannot give justice to the excellent service provided by Raheel Travel. The level of detail and attention they provide from the very start allows you to be fully prepared for your journey. With detailed itineraries being sent along with a highly detailed packing checklist to ensure you have everything you may need.
They also provide a handbook with the context of Umrah and a step by step explanation on how to perform it, including all duas with translations. They also hold a seminar before you go to go through everything and answer any questions.

Once on the trip, the raheel team are constantly on hand to assist you with any queries. The guidance they provide will allow you to get the best out of your umrah experience and take in every single moment. They completely take away all your stresses of travel and logistics and let you focus on your own sacred pilgrimage.

The activities were so enjoyable and they always blessed us with many surprises along the way. They give access and insight to exclusive places and information that no other groups provide.

Perfect service from the very start when enquiring all the way up until we arrived back home. The Raheel Travel team go above and beyond at all times. Not only do they have a great itinerary with detailed planned, but they always input some wonderful surprises for us along the way. The team worked tirelessly to help us every step of the way and was pivotal in creating such an amazing umrah experience.

The guidance and teaching all the way through, will ensure you will make as little mistakes as possible in this blessed pilgrimage. This was my first time and the team definitely built my confidence.

We were assisted throughout every stage in the tour , the whole team was very helpful & constantly checked up on everyone.
Transport was organised for all Ziyarahs & from Madinah Munawwarah to Makkah Mukaramah. Taaleem sessions were also organised by Molana as an addition and again was very beneficial.

Perfect Umrah Trip - August 2023

On 8th August we were greeted by Molana Saab and his wife at the airport. From that moment both ensured that our journey was perfect at every step, so much so, that during the transit flight they made sure every single member of the group had boarded the flight before they did.
When we arrived at Madina, the other two group leaders Hafiz Saab and Brother Ahmad joined us. The transfer coach was five star and when we reached the hotel , Ahmad had already checked us in. The hotel was lovely and only two minutes away from Haram and the Roza Mubarak view from our room was a bonus.
Itinerary for the whole stay was meticulously planned so much so that I went with my two children - six and a three years old and Raheel travel provided lanyards for both of them with contact details on. BRAVO to Raheel travel!!! They had thought of everything! As a mother this really confirmed to me that I was with the right people to lead me on my spiritual journey. The whole team was always at hand to assist us from Molana and his wife guiding us during the salaam at Roza Mubarak to helping everyone get their sims and money exchanged, to providing information about which local eateries were the best, as well as, where to shop and laundry service.
The guided tour of the holly sites were very detailed and they took us to places which we hadn’t been to previously. Molana’s talks after Isha really helped us to reflect on our journey and connect with the Almighty. The walk to Quba masjid on Saturday morning revived the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet SAW. The trips to the two museums and the visit to date orchard was truly a unique experience!!!!
During the journey from Madina to Makkah the group leaders provided complimentary snacks as well as evening meal hence saved us a lot of time and energy just before performing Umrah.
During Umrah Molana Saab lead the group and Hafiz Saab assisted the group performing Umrah on wheelchairs so they were not left on their own. - when I say they had thought of every little tiny thing - they really had!
Finally. I want to say a huge Jazakallah Khair to Raheel travel for making my journey so spiritual and stress free especially when I was travelling with my two young children. My son said “Mummy this is the best holiday ever!”

I have been to umrah with other groups but Raheel Travel’s service beats them all. Accommodation was fantastic- few minutes walk from both Harams, with haram views as a bonus- but was even better was the service from the group leaders. Every individual needs were catered for. From the start Molana Saab and his wife were there to greet us at the airport and ensure our luggage went through. Likewise, Hafiz Saab did the same for the Manchester group. During the transit flight, the group leaders were the last to board the flight after checking all the members had boarded.
During umrah, Hafiz Saab assisted those who did Umrah on a wheelchair so they were not left on their own.
They provided detailed knowledge and guidance before and during the tour. The team were always available to assist us with our every need, including making sure that we were able to purchase our SIM cards, knew where we could eat, provided snacks on the journey to Makkah and a meal when we arrived etc. The trip was well thought out and attention was given to every tiny part of the journey. Guided tours were informative and took us to places that I had not previously visited. The trip to the date orchard was brilliant - a truly unique experience. I pray that this was the first of many visits with Raheel Travel.

I wasn’t a part of their group but we were on the same flight…

Once we arrived in Medina me and my family soon became a part of their group due to their loving warming welcome and help whenever we needed it.

I will never forget how they helped me to get inside the rawdah in Medina and how they allowed us to come on the ziyarah trip too.

Even though we weren’t a part of their group they never let us feel otherwise …

Truly an amazing couple who I will always be forever grateful to and an amazing group of people they had with them.

It was our first time going to do umrah and we can’t recommend Raheel Travels enough!
Prior to travelling out they held seminars advising how to prepare for the trip and what to expect. The entire team was very caring, helpful and were always available to answer any questions we had.
They organised the transport to and from the Airports, as well as guided tours both in Makkah and Madinah, a trip to a date farm, visits to museums, group walk to Masjid Quba and cemeteries. The entire itinerary was very well planned out.
Will definitely be using Raheel Travels for all future Umrah trips.

Alhamdulillah this was my first time traveling to perform my Umrah and Raheel Travel made my experience better than I expected. The itinerary was organized very well and I was supported with a lot of guidance with certain things I was unsure about in Medina & Makkah - this increased me in my knowledge. We did not have to worry about transport either as couches and buses were all provided by them. When entering the holy sites we would listen to a few wise words to acknowledge the purpose of the journey. This allowed us to feel more spiritually involved with the sites whilst also having a good feeling throughout the trip knowing we were chosen to be a part of this journey. They also generously organized for us to have an amazing hotel view in Medina which caught us by surprise. I recommend using this company as you will be well looked after for both men and women.

It was my first time with my children for Umrah trip.We booked with Raheel travels as i was unsure and bit nervous that how will it work to perform Umrah but honestly they were amazing right from the beginning to end of our Umrah journey.The team was very good specially the Moulana and his wife whom i was constantly getting advices,guidence.The information and knowledge on the tour was outstanding into details by tutor.The only concern was they should include lunch or dinner .The arrangement was brilliant.The team was amazing and flexible as i had some changes in my plans for Umrah and they were very co- operative.

Fantastically planned, lots of events and supportive when answering questions. Everything that was required was thought of and provided during the Umrah seminar, highly recommend attending. Brilliantly managed with amazing hotel locations and service provided.

Accompanying a scholar specially a down to earth scholar makes the whole journey full of knowledge. Raheel Travel had great hotel and transport arrangements. Will recommend to everyone for Umrah package.

A great Umrah Tour. The group manager geuninely cared and went out of his way to help the entire group along the entire journey. The service was fantastic and I would definitely go again and recommend to others. Resources were provided beforehand to assist with how to perform Umrah and Salam, snacks were provided along the way, Halal food places were shared with the group, the Ziyarahs of both Makkah and Madinah was detailed with heaps of knowledge, transport to and from the airport, from Makkah to Madinah and for Ziyarah was comfortable and clean, the hotels were great (with pretty good breakfast included!) and as well as this we had been given the opportunity to attend a Pre-Umrah Seminar which detailed the schedule of events, how to perform Umrah, the virtues of the 2 Holy Cities and well as their importance and history (along with tea!). All in all a 10/10 experience!

A trip that we will never forget

The service that we were given by raheel travel was really good. Our umrah was very successful and all our other trips within the package were great with people passing on stories and knowledge and guiding us through. Even when things didn’t go to plan we felt supported and things were fixed very quickly.

Was very well organised and always puts a lot of effort in. Learnt a lot and went out of his way to help us. A memorable trip that will never be forgotten
