Me and my friends has had the WORST possible experience you could possibly have on a casino. After depoing small amounts and then finally winning ($100) Rainbet asked us to KYC in order to withdraw. We KYC'd because its no problem even tho asking someone to KYC over $100 is ridiculous... After we KYC'd they make up a TERRIBLE excuse every single time and HOLD your withdrawal and then ban your account... I don't know how this site is legal. They let you deposit but when you want to withdraw its a BIG problem and they will not let you do it no matter what DO NOT PLAY ON RAINBET!!!

I got banned from wagering on the sportsbook but was told I can play slots and casino which I don't let me by start saying I have lost on this site and they have banned me from sport betting for no reason.

I don't suggest playing here and I also had to do a review over 1000. I have emailed manager 3 times in 4 months no response. I'm a recreational sports bettor and for no reason banned from wagering

This casino is one of the worst online ones out there. They have just got all these new tik tok trendy influencers to cloud their content with rainbet promotion. Compared to stake, roobet, and literally any other online casino out there. They have the worst rewards system out there. They give back Pennie's on the dollar and give it in small increments daily to get gambling addicts to deposit more. To put in perspective for reaching the same rank on rainbet as on stake, rainbet gave me 60 dollars for ranking up to platinum while stake gave me 3,000. When I had a rough month on stake, live support would often give me a bonus to make me to the next month. Rainbet offers nothing but promo codes with 50,000-100,000 dollars daily wager requirements. This website is absolute trash compared to competitors, save yourself money in the long run and take your money elsewhere.

Firstly - their shady practice of marketing to kids to social media placing bets etc. MAJOR red flag if youre targeting kids.

Secondly if your ethics are that low, you best believe they are up to shady shit behind the scenes.

I dont believe any of their slots or house games are what they claim. 6 depos all gone to 0 with one tiny win and then straight down from there.

They claim transparency but take that with a grain of salt.

I asked support to verify the integrity of their evolution baccarat games, but instead of helping me, they reffered me to their compliance team. Emailed their compliance team and after 21 days still no reply. Asked them for full refund if they are unable to prove the integrity of games is there and they restriced my live support chat and deleted every conversation i had with them. They even blocked me in chat just because i told everyone what happened LOL.

I had a very bad experience with Rainbet.
I deposited $101 and built my balance up to $914 through normal gameplay. Suddenly, my account was blocked and all my funds were confiscated.
The only explanation given was “multiple accounts,” which is completely false. I have only ever used one account. I asked their support team to provide proof (such as IP logs or linked accounts), but they failed to provide any evidence.
After that, they completely stopped responding to my emails.
This is extremely concerning because:
No transparency
No proper investigation
No response from support
Legitimate winnings taken without proof
They operate under the Anjouan Gaming Board, which offers little to no protection for players.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before depositing money here. Based on my experience, there is a serious risk of losing your funds without fair justification.

I had a very concerning experience with Rainbet that I feel others need to be aware of.

I was able to create and use multiple accounts under different email addresses, and at no point was I required to complete any meaningful ID verification before being allowed to deposit and withdraw funds. This is a major red flag, especially for a platform that claims to enforce responsible gambling policies.

Even more concerning—after I contacted support requesting account closure/restriction, and they actually acknowledged my email, they still failed to take action. I am still able to log in and deposit funds on a new account, which shows a complete failure to enforce their own Terms of Service.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s a lack of basic safeguards that could seriously impact users dealing with gambling issues. Other reviews on Trustpilot raise similar concerns, including account issues, withdrawals, and overall trustworthiness .

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this platform. At minimum, they need to improve:
• Identity verification processes
• Enforcement of single-account policies
• Responsible gambling protections

Rainbet supports scammers. Their 'managers' set up accounts, take deposits, and support allows withdrawals to hacker addresses even after reporting it. Stay away!

Best scam site i have ever seen. Always wager requirement for withdraw and if you go for wager you'll lose all. Also rewards are worst all rewards are divided into small parts so useless. Rtp is worst even their streamers are cursing their house games. Avoid to play here. Its useless and waste of money etc.

I deposited approximately €1400 on this platform through multiple ETH and SOL transactions.

My account was later closed due to alleged access from a restricted territory, however all deposits were accepted and processed without any restriction at the time.

I contacted support multiple times and submitted a formal complaint, but received no response at all, despite their stated response timelines.

I am simply requesting a review of my case and a refund of deposits accepted prior to the account closure.

I would appreciate a response from the platform.

I was betting on sports. I ended up making three deposits for a total of $1,394. Then I made my first withdrawal request for $506. I was asked to complete verification up to level 3. This requires submitting a document and a selfie, and then submitting a bank statement. They accepted my document and selfie, but they rejected the bank statement. Ultimately, they blocked my account. They didn't even return my last deposit.

This site is full of scam. I dont like theyre games. I dont think these games have nothing to do with luck. Straight scam. One of the worst sites I have gambled on. Theyre full of lies. Dont gamble on here
