Terrible site. Used it. Multiple bets were postponed or cancelled still offered then ti kick off. Had 7 matches and they cant even refund you have to wsit 48 hours.

In my personal experience, this has been one of the worst platforms I’ve used. The rakeback system sucked for me; the monthly, weekly, and daily rewards were extremely disappointing IN THE BEGINNING YOU WIN THEN BOOM LOSING STREAK LIKE CRAZY LOSING 100X WHAT YOU WON ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE BOTS. After wagering around $90k in under a month as a Silver 2, I only received about $12 in monthly rakeback. Support explained to me that the monthly reward only gives you 30% upfront, and the other 70% gets stored and slowly distributed over 15 days, which for me added up to only a couple of dollars across more than a week.

Customer support, particularly the agent I spoke with (Wanda), came across as unhelpful and slow to respond. When I asked additional questions, they were ignored, which added to my frustration.

For comparison, I wagered about $25k on Stake and received around $100 for the monthly reward, which felt much more reasonable to me. In my opinion, sites like Stake, Roobet, Gamdom, or Shuffle have treated me far better overall.

From my perspective, players should be cautious. I’ve seen what I believe are overly positive reviews that don’t match my own experience. The platform felt inconsistent to me; it lets you win early on and then I experienced long losing streaks. I personally recommend considering other sites instead.
