Wanted some wood for my smoker. Ordered some Ash. On the website it said it could take up to 2 hours for a reply. Had it in 10 minutes to say it was ready. Christened my smoker and the wood was excellent

Excellent communication and gift wrapped very well

5 stars & would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended. Great communication and super fast delivery.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Ordered in the morning and delivered in the afternoon. Excellent quality garden furniture! Amazing friendly staff go above and beyond to help! I would definitely recommend you to everyone and I will be buying again! Thank you for everything!!

I placed my first order with Rainford's just two weeks ago. I ordered in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. The delivery man, Andrew, was really helpful and friendly. The wood was of great quality, no smokiness. I was so impressed I placed another, bigger, order this week. Ordered on Monday morning and had a telephone call that afternoon, asking if it would be possible to deliver the order in two days, but if it was urgent they would arrange a special delivery that day. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and good quality fire wood. I would highly recommend anyone to use Rainford's.

Excellent products and excellent service. Backed up with good communication
Thankyou

Amazing place. Fabulous people. So welcome and friendly. They cant do enough for you go above and beyond

Fab service and fab products!! Always a pleasure!!

I ordered a watering can on line, expecting to collect or pay a delivery charge, this wasn’t the case. I received an email the next day to say it would be delivered that day free of charge. Very prompt and exceptional service. We do shop at Rainfords at Christmas, highly recommend, keep up the great work guys 🤩

Fantastic experience with them. The order process was simple and quick. I selected delivery as I wasn't sure whether or not I'd be able to fit the item in my car and it arrived the morning after and I only ordered it at 5pm the day before. The half barrel was just like expected and now looks fantastic in my garden full of plants.
Thank You!

Good value, excellent delivery service.
