They keep their promises.
We had a TPLO surgery on our English Bulldog, Tino. They were great throughout the entire process. We had multiple appointments with the vet leading up to the final diagnosis and surgery. Rainwalk was with us the entire way. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company makes filing claims easy and they respond quickly. I have had them for 2 years now, happy with them.

We adopted a dog and he had an emergency choking incident so I made the conscious decision to take him to the vet. I’ve never used pet insurance before so I wasn’t sure how it worked but I felt like it may have been worth a try to submit a claim to the insurance for his emergency care. I did not expect the claim to be approved but to my surprise it was and I was reimbursed earlier than I expected for the ER visit. Thank you so much for making the process pretty simple!

Very easy to file a claim. Quick turnaround rate. Very responsive to emails! Good coverage for the amount I pay a month.

It was a little rough at the start, it was not very clear how to file a claim once that was clear it was very simple. I was pleased with the communication and happy with the final decision.

When I first adopted my Cooper,Rainwalk was given to me as a gift.After getting him his vaccination shots I went online to send it in.Im not compture smart and had a problem. I called them and everyone was so nice and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of.I highly recommend them.

They approved and paid the claim in just under a month. Customer service was kind.

I woke up to an issue with my payment not going through for Dec. and Rainwalk reps answered promptly and they told me to contact my bank and fraudulent action was detected. I am a little frustrated the bank did not contact me first. Rainwalk talked to me in a very caring way. Hopefully the payment will go through and it will be over.

I heard about this company because of the rescue that I was fostering for. I'm very pleased with the straightforward and easy to understand explanation of benefits and the customer service i received. Very helpful and quick responses.

Really responsive to emails and calls. Claim took a few weeks to process, but they were upfront about the time. It was really easy and simple.

I also recently submitted my first claim, actually not realizing before that I had a vaccine benefit. It was easy to go to the website and file the claim, and then Rainwalk took it from there. They reimbursed me the alotted amount based on my policy in a timely manner, and even sooner than expected. I appreciate Rainwalk and their exemplary service team very much. Thank you!

Submitted claim and did not hear back from someone till a week later after I had to reach out first. Then was told I needed to provide more documentation then waited another 2 weeks to get approved and 10 days after that I got paid.. overall I could of just paid for the service myself as it took a month to get my payment back.

I filed our first claim for our bull terrier Lola (rattlesnake bite) with Rainwalk in May. I am happy to report that Lola is fine and Rainwalk paid exactly what our policy with the company said it would pay. I wish our auto insurance were half as responsive as Rainwalk has been.

All emails are answered quickly. Concise, easy to navigate app, quick payment.

First claim, for vaccinations. Initially, the set-up had an issue with paying, but was fixed quickly and money was deposited into account

Slight delay due to a large number of claims being processed at the same time but the process was easy and had no issues. Communication was excellent.

Rainwalk is so easy to work with, with fantastic customer service and animal-loving humans on the other end. I can ansk any questions over the app, email, phone, and even text, and get fast answers!
