Iâve never used pet insurance before so I wasnât sure how it worked but I felt like it may have been worth a try to submit a claim to the insurance for his emergency care. I did not expect the claim to be approved but to my surprise it was and I was reimbursed earlier than I expected for the ER visit. Thank you so much for making the process pretty simple!

I woke up to an issue with my payment not going through for Dec. and Rainwalk reps answered promptly and they told me to contact my bank and fraudulent action was detected. I am a little frustrated the bank did not contact me first. Rainwalk talked to me in a very caring way. Hopefully the payment will go through and it will be over.

Submitted claim and did not hear back from someone till a week later after I had to reach out first. Then was told I needed to provide more documentation then waited another 2 weeks to get approved and 10 days after that I got paid.. overall I could of just paid for the service myself as it took a month to get my payment back.
first claim for Lola
I filed our first claim for our bull terrier Lola (rattlesnake bite) with Rainwalk in May. I am happy to report that Lola is fine and Rainwalk paid exactly what our policy with the company said it would pay. I wish our auto insurance were half as responsive as Rainwalk has been.
