I think your services are a bit too expensive as a server quickly grows more resource hungry as more people start joining. I’ve had about 10-15 people join my server and with my 10GB subscription it... もっず芋る

I would recommend Ramshard over any other host. The control panel is easy to understand and any confusion can usually be cleared up by the Ramshard YouTube channel in short but well explained videos.... もっず芋る

Siempre rentaba los servidores por temporadas pero después de volver para rentar otro servidor veo que tengo una deuda de unos servidores que ya ni jugaba, ni preguntaron de renovar ni nada te cobran haciendo una deuda que luego te obligan a pagar.

Mi punto de vista mejor ir a otras paginas.

Reliable Web Hosting On A Budget

Update: 21/02/24 Customer service response has declined dramatically. I registered a domain recently, it showed as pending for more than 48 hours, I asked in the chat how much longer before my domain would be activated and didn't receive a response until 4 days later. I then waited for 2 more days before raising a ticket and eventually getting a response saying that my domain was now active. This took a week to resolve. I have also now been waiting for a week after requesting a domain transfer code for one of my websites. They've not responded yet. I want to leave.

The two stars is because my website is at least still active, but with the extremely poor response time, I'm wondering how much longer that will be the case and if RAMShard is in trouble

Response time is poor when in the need of help

For someone who doesn't know how to run a server i was excited to see id be able to ask questions whenever. Well I was wrong no one is ever active to help me with my server so I can send a message and have to wait a week for one response just to have to do it again if I have another question.

Service was to slow

Service was to slow. No hardly ever available, when you need them the most.

The services is great!

The services is great!
I was looking for a minecraft server to try and all of the servers were so expensive, but that's when I found Ramshard their servers are cheap and reliable. Also the customer support section was really understanding and helpful. I recommend buying a server on Ramshard very nice people and services.

Excellent service

I really like the prices, the support and how the system works. It really smooth most of the time.

My only two complaints is that the FTP connection is slow, most of the time, but it's rare that I use it. It's slow with FileZilla and also with their built-in FTP view.
And I miss the app :)

The built-in file manager is more limited since it is browser based, but the speeds on FileZilla are likely due to your connection settings. In the FileZilla settings, it is possible to change the number of simultaneous transfers, which will speed up the upload time.

The old mobile app was the exact same as the mobile control panel website, but we do have a new app in the works.

A neutral review

My likeness for this time is rather neutral, the server runs well until you mod something, then the server has seemed to run poorly, and crash constantly when someone is in motion, the UIs are sorted well, easy to find everything, but I think they need to change the hardware a bit.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that. There are a finite number of IPv4 addresses available, so therefore IP addresses have to be reused. It's likely a server before your's had the same IP at some point in time and players from that server still had it or the IP was posted on server list websites.

We'd recommend whitelisting your server so only certain players can join. Here's a guide on whitelisting: https://support.ramshard.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-use-the-whitelist-feature-8lrmla/

Additionally, we recommend backing up your server on a regular basis using our built-in backup system so you can always restore the world to a previous point. Phenomenal!

The Control Panel and the Performance is great. In my opinion completely worth the price.
The only thing I would wish is support for the Control Panel on mobile.

Great service and easy to use!!

The web server hosting is real easy to understand and how to implement. I had easy time installing new plug-ins to my game and editing the permissions. I would recommend this service to all.
