I ordered replacement door and glass


I ordered replacement door and glass rope, along with a grate and baffle plate for my old multi fuel stove. I was advised the door rope was not in stock and could take up to 10-14 days to come in, however the parcel arrived within a few days with everything in the parcel. Super service.

Good service

Good service. They noticed i had accidentally put an order through twice and called me within 5 minutes of placing the order to check and rectify the mistake.

Very easy to use their website when ordering. Goods came very well packaged. Customer Services kept me informed with the progression and delivery of my order.
