The suit they sent me was too tight, so I returned it to them right away. According to their policy, a refund should be given within 14 days, but even after so many days, I have not received the refund. In the text message, they only sent me a screenshot that they have refunded, but I have not received it yet. According to their screenshot, it is in that stutus is pending and no date for refund . Despite sending so many messages, they have not refund me. I am very disappointed with their service. These people do not help much. Will not recommend this brand..

Dodgy and AVOID at all costs! I put in an order for £56 it never arrived. So I tried emailing it kept bouncing back. Not recognised. So a scam email address. A mobile number on there but invalid! I have put in a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back not sure if I will. I placed the order on the 17th Jan 2026. No outfit and no refund! 😡😡😡

When first I bought clothes this shop quality is very good but now I have ordered second one.But the fabric quality is not good and stiching is also not good.When I tried to contact them customer service is also not good no one picked up the phone.I am so upset with this.

Quality is good size is also good but cutting is not very good.If you improve your arms and neckline cutting.They will be very good.

Overall, a good experience. My first order didn’t fit, and while the refund was accepted, delivery charges were deducted and the credit voucher took a while. The second time, the fabric and stitching were great. Would recommend improving counter service for a smoother experience.

I was not happy with the items also with customer service I have requested for return but no one got back to me at all I will not be buying again
