Back in 2023 I was staring out of the office window in Auckland at my 9-5 office job. I wondered if I could ever live life on my terms, especially with location and work. I joined Mike's rank and rent course on December 2023. I had no idea how to do websites let alone any online marketing. From day 1, Mike laid out the roadmap for how to get my first client. I was nervous during my first sales call but was able to do it because of the guidance provided from the course.

I've been living in Thailand for the past 3 years, earning a passive income while living a life on my terms. I couldn't of done it without the foundation of Mike's course, which didn't just teach me rank and rent, it taught me how to thrive in running a business. How to deal with clients, how to have discipline and grow beyond the business and into my own personal life.

I recommend this to anyone else looking to live a life that's true to them, not a life working for the man.

I’ve known Mike personally for years and can honestly say he teaches stuff that actually works. I’ve seen the results in his own business, in mine, and in a lot of other students’ businesses as well. If you’re willing to put in the work and follow the process, there’s a ton of value here, highly recommend.
