Jack is an incredibly professional optometrist and an artisan who manufactures bespoke frames! Charming and knowledgeable with a brilliant selection of frames. Could not be more pleased with his unique service and my new pair of Ransome spectacles.

Absolute 5* experience -- Friendly, precise, and highly professional. The eye exam was done properly, not rushed, accompanied by clear explanations and questions to get to the best prescription. Tip-top service, and a great espresso on top!

First off I love my new bespoke glasses which is the most important thing. But Jack is also a very welcoming and friendly person. He talked me through all the choices and was patient with me deliberating over which colour to choose

Mr Jack is a lovely chap; he makes a stupendous espresso and even better frames. Heard about his spectacles through their collaboration with Drake’s and decided to book myself in for some bespoke frames. The whole process was a treat and I’m very much looking forward to seeing the finished product in the flesh. Would heartily recommend.

Lovely opticians, and extremely friendly staff. They also have an amazing range of Ransome hand-made spectacles.

Had the most thorough eye examination today. I really appreciate all the care, consideration and attention I received from Ruth and Mariam.
