I have completed two orders with them now. After my first order was finished, it took a bit longer than expected, I was followed up with and asked how my recent experience was. I expressed that it was a bit slower than expected and I was swiftly met with an apology and a small discount code to use on my next order in which I did. Second time around I was blown away by the service, it was quicker than I expected, I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and was extremely happy.
