IKY from Rapid React came today to change my boiler and I found him very professional, quick and friendly. Most of all, I was impressed with his work ethic and the honest and quick service . He explained carefully all the instructions and all the necessary information about service and warranty and also shared with me some tips to solve issues in the house by myself in the future!
Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend his services.

Despite the fact that Iky was very busy and was not in the vicinity of my tenanted flat, he nevertheless generously offered to help by speaking on the phone to my tenants to help them get the boiler working again.
I was very impressed as most plumbers/engineers would not put themselves out like this.
The tenants were happy too!

Fitted new electric boiler and heat store. Very quick, great installation and reasonably priced. Old boiler removed and area left clean and tidy. Highly recommend

Contacted Iky over the phone at 7:30pm. He was so helpful! With the use of FaceTime pointing at the boiler he guided me around the parts of the boiler to check for where the fault was coming from. My issue seems to indicate I have faulty circuit board so I need to order parts. Really grateful for Iky’s excellent help.

The company responds efficiently. We placed order in morning and he came in afternoon. The engineer is professional. He was able to find root cause in just a few minutes. His attitude towards customer is good. I highly recommend this company.

This is a brilliant company!

I have a fairly old Pulsacoil electric boiler and it started acting up. I called a different company who claimed to be specialist initially. They misdiagnosed the problem, made it worse after their visit. Ordered a part it didn’t need and wasted 2 weeks of back and forth leaving us without water for a week.

I called Rapid React Plumbing, in an emergency but also slightly dubious because I had previous been messed around and I had a 5 stars experience. I was met with a lovely man on the phone initially who was calming and assured me that they were the company for my problem.
Iqbal, the engineer, was very knowledgeable and confident before he had even seen the boiler and problem. He had all the common parts with him, which the previous company didn’t have. And he fixed the problem with ease and swiftly.

EC1 area. Replace pressure reducing valve on unvented system. The job was more difficult than it sounds given awkward access. Ikky was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional throughout. He explained what he was doing and gave a very fair price. And he fixed a leaking stopcock and added a lever valve while he was at it! I will definitely use again.

Great friendly service! Iky came and inspect the fault of my thermal store and came back again to replace the whole thing once the new thermal store arrived. He came on the day and time as expected and did a good job. The thermal store is working good so far since the installation over a week ago.

I'm a Canadian resident with a property in London and had a difficult time getting a reliable and trustworthy engineer to diagnose and fix my Gledhill Class A boiler. After reading reviews, I chose Rapid React Limited, called Iqbal and he was personable, experienced and ready to come on site to diagnose and fix the problem *the next day*. The diagnosis and repair was completed in one visit at a great price. He clearly explained the problem and which components needed to be replaced and gave detailed operating instructions on how to verify that the boiler is again working properly. I cannot recommend Iqbal highly enough!

Very good service. I called him on Sunday morning, he was at our place shortly afterwards and sorted out our electric boiler. A fair price too. Overall very satisfied.

Speaking to Iky over the phone he diagnosed the plumbing issue and came in with a very good price. I needed the repair done asap therefore was unable to pass the job over to Iky. However, I will be using him for any future plumbing needs. He went so far as face timing my tenant to show him how to reset the megaflow. What fantastic service and 100% nice guy...went above and beyond and deserves to do really well with his business!

Iky turned up on time and was highly professional. He removed my waste disposal unit and re-routed the pipework with a minimum of fuss. He was very tidy and did a sterling job. Highly recommend.

Called Rapid React after British Gas (Dyno Rod) failed to replace a broken pump. Rapid React replaced the pump and leaking isolation valves to the pump. Also pointed out to us where hot water had corroded through copper piping elsewhere and replaced it on the spot. This was above and beyond what we hoped for. Please get these guys to check out your heating! Reasonable price, clean, efficient and polite staff.

Iky is very professional, did an excellent job at replacing the immersion element and fixed the incorrect wiring. The charges were reasonable. The day he was in, there was an ongoing emergency pump work in the building and there was no water supply to my flat in order to test the boiler after replacing the unit. Iky was very kind and not charged for the overtime spent till the water was restored. I would highly recommend him.

EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! What can I say father christmas (Iky) came early and fixed my pulsa coil boiler!
I was totally blown away by the excellent service I recieved by Iky he really is the pulsa coil guru I had so many things wrong with my boiler, the circuit board was burnt iky replaced it he also replaced the immersion elements which were totally the wrong ones and wrongly installed by previous engineer he drained and washed out my boiler, he was so friendly and so genuine, he stayed well over the time expected and helped me fix my washing machine too as it was leaking, Iky is very passionate about what he does he is very reasonably priced too I highly recommend Iky.

Came within a hour (during the Christmas holidays!). Very quick and efficient service, would definitely recommend.
