John from rapid was professional friendly done a great job servicing my boiler I would highly recommend

John and Liam were here today to do an install which was a fairly last minute appointment. They were friendly and the install went smoothly, highly recommended

John from rapid respone was very polite offered better deal and was very efficient.

John was on time and very punctual during the visit. He carried out a landlord safety certificate for myself. Will 100% recommend him for any works.

Both John and Matt worked solid for two whole days in fitting our new boiler.
From the start I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job as the old boiler was 40 odd years old. They did everything, re sited new boiler into the garage, new pipe work, new shower- including re tiling, 3 new radiators, removal of boiler and cylinder and lots more. You name it they did it in the two days.
Thank you to both of them for being such great guys and just getting stuck in.
Looking forward to lower heating bills now this winter 🤞🏻

Really happy with the service from Rapid Response today. Josh came out to fix our boiler and was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional and really knowledgeable, and explained what he had done and advised us on any work that may need doing in the future, which was a big help.

It’s always reassuring to have someone who knows exactly what they’re doing, and Josh was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Rapid Response and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

John was very professional in his work , phoned before he arrived to tell his time of arrival , worked diligent to service my boiler and checked the efficiency .

John came to service our boiler today and was friendly and helpful also called phone to he was 10 minutes away. Also gave me some good advice pipe from the boiler outside. Very professional great job done.
