In the last 6 years, I've chosen Rapid Roofing to do 2 re-roofs at separate residential locations, both in competitive bid situations. I would like to recommend them as THE model for good customer service as well as for top notch roofing installation in SE Michigan. I would not shop elsewhere, after 2 excellent experiences with Rapid. My recent sales contact, Jason Siefert, was knowledgeable, low pressure, and in constant communication about all aspects of the project. He suggested appropriate technologies for a difficult roof ventilation problem that were new to me, a retired general contractor with some roofing experience. The well-coordinated, efficient crew took great care of my fairly- complex roofing project, and their gutter subcontractor produced unequaled (high) quality in seamless gutter installation. The cleanup was thorough, leaving the property beautified. As a former engineer and licensed general contractor with good and bad experience in selecting subcontractors, I am about as detail oriented as they come (ask Jason). But I can be satisfied with a well-executed job, and that's what I got with Rapid Roofing. It's so refreshing to have this feeling at the end of a job.
