Absolutely fantastic experience with Rapid PCO! The team is incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Katy, who really went the extra mile for me. Every car I’ve picked up has been spotless, and the collection process is always super quick and smooth. I can’t recommend them enough!

⭐ 1 star – Unfair deposit deductions and poor complaint handling

I rented a vehicle from Rapid Vehicle Management and had a very poor experience when it came to returning the car and recovering my deposit.

Following an emergency call, their staff expressly agreed to waive the notice period and accept early termination. I relied on that agreement and attempted to return the vehicle on the agreed date. When I contacted their office at around 4:00 pm, I was told returns could not be accepted as the office was closed.
I returned the vehicle at the next available opportunity, yet the company later reversed its position and deducted £285 as a “notice charge”, along with additional administration fees, without providing evidence of actual loss or cost.

I have formally disputed these deductions. Unfortunately, responses have been slow and dismissive, and the matter remains unresolved.
I am also aware of other independent drivers who have used the company and reported similar dissatisfaction with deductions and post-rental handling.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious and to keep detailed records if renting from this company

How anybody can give less than 5 stars is beyond me. I’ve had troubles that most drivers would face being a taxi driver using a rented vehicle and at every turn Rapid done more than I could have asked of them to get me through it. If you keep them in the loop and do your part I can’t see how you wouldn’t get any short of a 5 star service.

I had a very bad experience with Rapid vehicle management. They will force you to keep the car and when you return the car they will endup doing false allegations against you.. i couldnt pay the rent of the car for 2 weeks and one of the manager from the rapid vehicle management literally threaten me that if i fail to pay the rent he will endup reporting me to the police as i have stolen the vehicle and i still got the proof which i uploaded already..
I will not suggestion people to rent a car from here otherwise they will threat you with false allegations and treat you shit..
