These people are thieves. Do not buy from them.
After my order hadn't shipped for a month, I asked for a cancellation. Instead, they sent me my order, but it was for a set of collectible items and every single one was damaged, making them worthless. Not only that, two of the items to make the set complete were missing. I sent pictures and asked for a refund and they ghosted me. This website is a scam, do not let them steal your money.

I placed an order on September 15. It is October 15th and it has not been received and although my initial email indicating there was an error in my shipping info was answered promptly, I emailed 6 days ago asking for a status update to no avail. I will update this review if I ever hear from them.
Update: added a star because my parcel shipped as soon as this review went live. Received it today BUT one of the items I ordered best before date was 9 months ago.

Ghosted after sending wrong product
I ordered cases of two gluten free products. I didn’t mind they took a very long time to come. One of the products was fine, but the other was the glutinous version of what I had ordered, I’m celiac so it’s useless to me (and it wasn’t cheap).
After initially acknowledging the mistake the company ghosted me and never replied or acknowledged subsequent emails, also their phone line doesn’t work. Be warned!
Terrible.
Order took forever to ship, I didn't receive two items, and one of the items had a slice in the bag. Entirely overpriced and a waste of time.
Patience is a must..
First of all you must have a lot of patience with this company, I placed a order on August 2 and recieved on September 4,
I ordered 2 bags of chips(expires sept24)
Also ordered ritz extra butter crackers(recieved a refund day of shipping as they no longer had in stock)..they did put 3 packs of mr noodles and a rock hard piece of gum in the box for some sort of compensation(lmao). What i'm really upset about is now I have to eat the chips within the month. I know they will last a little bit longer, but.. Honestly, why does it take 1 month to ship 3 items? If they are such a big company with so much product, do they not make a profit to hire staff? Every other snacks website ships within 2-4 days..

I have put in an order June 4,2024. I have not received it yet. Sent many messages, and nobody has replied to me. And no phone number to talk to a human. What do I do now?

Brutally slow and inefficient customer service. I placed my order June 22, and did not receive it until July 16. In the interim, I reached out multiple times via Zendesk and social media for an order status and went multiple outreach attempts without a response. Now, I’ve been trying to reach them since July 16 after receiving my order and experiencing an issue with a missing item. Will never order from this place again.

I’ve place an almost 300.00 dollar worth of items about a month now never received product never had anyone reach back to me after sending emails .They took my money but never sent product

PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED. Ordered BUBS swedish candy assorted mix. They put a few pieces of BUBS swedish candy and the rest of the bag is random generic candy that is not BUBS candy. Product is different from the picture online. Emailed customer service for a exchange or refund, but no reply.

These people are a bunch of thieves. Don't bother ordering from them you don't get anything, they just take your money, their customer service is non existent. I emailed 4 times no response. ZERO STARS!
ZERO STARS!! I ordered two large packages of Swedish candy that are supposedly 245g and the packages were 200g I decided to weigh them once I saw how small they were. Not only that the candy feels hard and not like the Swedish candy I’ve had previously. I’ve tried emailing calling and messaging them and nothing, no response at all. Horrible company

Worst company ever. Missing product. Sent the wrong size. Zero response from email/phone/online chat. This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. In 2024 when you can order anything, from anyone, at any time..with superior customer service, this place needs to be shut down. It’s a joke, trust the reviews

Not the greatest candy supplier around
They have some pretty cool products but customer service is really hit and miss, mostly miss. You also end up buying products they don't actually have in stock, which they will give you store credit for later, but it's still really annoying.

Placed a order at the beginning on June it's now the 7th of July... they keep telling me that my order "ships this week " for the past 3 weeks .... now they r ghosting me .. I have started a dispute with my CC company.... DO NOT BUY CANDY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
