Such a Great company my pre order arrived and packaged well

I Pre-ordered 2x OP-02 Booster Boxes in early January.
I was notified on the 13th of March that Rare Candy did not have enough allocation to provide me with my order. they suggested 3 options:
1. Wait until the end of the month when they receive their 2nd wave allocation (they said on the 31 March they hadn't received it)
2. Get a pre-order of 2x boxes for 03 release.
3. a refund

I purchased these boxes when they were still $150, these boxes are now going for $220 plus. i feel this store will use your deposit for their allocation, and then refund your order so they can sell in store for more profit.

I had tried emailing and contacting Rare Candy twice in this time with no reply until today.

pre ordered an item then waited months after it release for item was told on back order. got refunded with no explanation now have to pay more then release cost to buy. do not trust

this company has all bad reviews from 2022. Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you.

Ordered 6 chocolate bars for $70 Canadian. It took 1 month to deliver. Product arrived damaged and packaging waa very flimsy.

No communication at all from company.

Absolutely do not recommend.

Just don't do it. You waste your money here, spent $105 on 2 canned drink, 1 instant ramen pack and a few hard candies... its a "large" mystery pack.... the mystery is where the rest is???

I had received items that are already opened with pop tarts missing , items ordered not received, multiple boxes already opened , lids broken off, damaged product and very poor communication. I was happy with some of the items (Taco Bell chipotle, yahoos , prime and mountain dews, Pokémon sparkling waters )for the most part but the second order was beyond disappointing . The lemon pop tarts said pack of 8 on box and was opened with a pack missing and the other packs and sticky stuff on them as of Simone had eaten a pack and then went and out the other packs in the box with their dirty sticky fingers . When you try and email or phone no one gets back to you. I wish it had been a better experience as I spent just under 400$ Their site says to contact if items are damaged and so far I have not had a response back from them . Do not order the mystery boxes ! Ordered one of each and all items come randomly in one box as of someone went through their cupboards and out items they aren’t eating or using into the box and than send it off .

Authentic Pokemon TCG items, super fast delivery, would highly recommend!

Absolutely Horrible!!!!!! Firstly, it took FOREVER to receive what I ordered…. when I did receive my order it was the wrong items! I left messages in their chat, no response!! I sent multiple emails, no response. They don’t care!! Don’t order from Rare Candy! Huge mistake, Huge!!

Have reached out via email, online chat, facebook, etc. and absolutely no response about an order placed for which I have had no communication on in 5 days.

Update - apparently they don't give a damn about emails, but if you try to contact them via social media (asking on their posts if anybody else has had the same issues) they will email you with the following:

I have suggested that they perhaps read up on providing decent customer service. Avoid this company!

Horrible service! Placed my order SEP 15th and have not received package as yet. Left numerous emails with no response. Finally one stating they will ship ASAP...that was one week ago with no shipping notification. The phone does not state the name of the company and the voicemail box is full so cannot leave message.
Is this site legit???

I can't see my tracking for my order. The order number not lead anywhere. No response for e mail, messenger, chat etc...

I am very disappointed. Ordered 10 days ago and still didn't hear from them. No notification and my order is still in "processing" mode. Tried to call them : the msg inbox is full so I can't even leave a message. I wrote an email : of course didn't get any reply. Tried their chat online feature and couldn't have anyone to help there as well.

First time buying from rare candy collectables. Very quick shipping and happy with the quality of items. I highly recommend this shop for your TCG needs. I will be coming back!
