Disappointed


On the phone with this broker who takes all my information gives me a quote, then proceeds to take my banking information. He asked me for my banking information puts me on hold, the line on his side disconnects and he doesn’t call back. I wasn’t even able to get his contact information. I have changed my mind, I do not want this policy.

I was searching for a new insurance


I was searching for a new insurance provider and used rates.ca to get a rough estimate within minutes. I even was able to get a quote for the 5 drivers in my house using their online form. Then today, I received a call from them and they connected me with a broker to get the process started. I wasn't even expecting the call. I was surprised and impressed. The new offering is considerably more affordable than my existing insurance.

missing info

easy enough to communicate, but that was only stage 1 or step 1, and not a follow through to quote. I had asked on whether a photo camera speed ticket mailed to my home counted against my record. It was zero points, The rep did not know, and there was no follow up, so, i still don't know. It was something like 58 in a 40km zone.
