I recently had the opportunity to attend M365 Azure Administration, Intune and SC500 (Cloud and AI Security Engineer Associate) training session conducted by Ratheesh Kumar, and I was highly impressed by his expertise and teaching approach.

His training was structured in a way that catered to participants with varying levels of experience, making the content accessible and easy to understand.

The training topics were thoughtfully designed and structured, making it easy to grasp both fundamental and advanced cloud concepts. Ratheesh's strong theoretical knowledge, combined with his extensive hands-on practical expertise, was truly commendable. His balanced approach to teaching enabled participants to bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing them to confidently apply the concepts in real-world scenarios and develop a deeper understanding of cloud administration and architecture.

Furthermore, his online sessions were very engaging and interactive learning environment by encouraging questions and providing detailed, insightful responses. His commitment to ensuring that every participant fully understood the topics being covered was evident throughout the training.

I would highly recommend Ratheesh Kumar to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and technical skills in Azure cloud platforms. His professionalism, in-depth knowledge, and effective teaching methodology make him an outstanding trainer.

I first came to know about Ratheesh Sir through a friend in 2022, soon after my retirement from the Indian Army Corps of Signals. At that time, I had very little exposure to cloud technologies. Coming from an infrastructure and security background, I knew the basics of IT, but cloud was completely new to me. Since most modern infrastructure was moving to the cloud, I felt the need to learn and understand it properly.

That's when I joined Ratheesh Sir's AWS Solutions Architect and Azure Administrator courses.

What I liked most about his classes was his teaching style. Instead of rushing through a large number of topics or simply focusing on certifications, he spent time ensuring that the fundamentals were clear. He always emphasized understanding the "why" behind a concept rather than memorizing services or features. This approach helped me build a strong foundation and made learning much easier.

The biggest takeaway from his training was that he taught me how to learn on my own. After completing the courses, I was comfortable exploring new services, reading documentation, and understanding unfamiliar concepts without constantly depending on an instructor. In my opinion, that is the real value of a good trainer.

Later, I also joined his DevOps course. Once again, he focused on the basics, architecture, and the core concepts behind the tools rather than just demonstrating commands. The foundation I gained from those sessions helped me understand the bigger picture and continue learning independently.

Even today, I believe many of my achievements in cloud security are a result of the strong fundamentals I gained from his classes. In 2025, I cleared the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification on my first attempt, and I genuinely credit a large part of that success to the cloud fundamentals that Ratheesh Sir helped me build back in 2022.

Today, my primary focus is Information Security and Cloud Security, and the knowledge I gained from his cloud and DevOps courses continues to help me in my day-to-day work.

If someone asks me what makes Ratheesh Sir different from other trainers, my answer is simple: he doesn't just teach a course, he gives you the confidence and foundation to keep learning long after the course is over. Once your fundamentals are strong, the rest of the journey becomes much easier.

I had the privilege of attending Ratheesh Sir's Azure coaching class, and it was an incredibly informative experience. His classes are interactive and scheduled at convenient times. He effectively explains theoretical concepts by relating them to real-time scenarios, making the learning process easier to grasp. Sir is always open to questions, and he provides clear, understandable answers. The training covers both complex, advanced topics as well as fundamental concepts. As a tutor, Ratheesh Sir is highly professional, and his presentation skills are excellent.
