We have only been working with Ratiobox for around six weeks, but our experience so far has been extremely positive.

Abigail, our Client Relationship Manager, has been exceptional. She keeps in regular contact, is always friendly and helpful, and you genuinely come off the phone smiling.

Ben runs the business and is clearly very knowledgeable and always seems available when we need advice or support. Sacha, our day-to-day Finance Manager, has also been supportive, proactive and helpful from the moment she started working with us.

It is still early days, but the level of communication, support and responsiveness so far has been excellent.

I’m so pleased that Oliver contacted me in 2023 to suggest rather than employing an in house book keeper and accountant that I consider Ratiobox as an alternative. I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I have made in 20 years of business and one that I wish I’d taken many years before.

I have a team of professionals on call and am blessed with a direct contact who calmly solves any issues and reassures me that my accounts are in good shape with the words I love to hear.

I’m very happy to recommend Ratiobox.

They are a very unprofessional company, which I have found to make numerous errors. I would never have any further dealings with them. They promise what they cannot deliver. Avoid at all costs.
Since writing this you can see I have had a response from them, so I would like to let you know why I wrote this, and it is due to the fact they have given incorrect information to HMRC of my earnings and tax payments. Being an accounting firm you would think they would have given the accurate information, but I had two payslips from them and both were incorrect and had to be changed. Surely accuracy should be a priority! If they would like me to include screenshots to prove this I have no problem in doing so.

Ben Watkins of Ratiobox and I first started talking a couple of years ago when I started Sirelark Risk Services (insurance broking). I think we connected on Linkedin first. The event that has stuck in my mind is the very first call we had. It must have lasted for about an hour (a long time for a first conversation) and it was very much one of mutual respect, with us both talking about our business plans, aspirations and challenges. It is fair to say we got on from the get-go and to me that is such an important facet of any business relationship.
