I ordered this November 22nd and when I look at tracking information, it just said that it been shipped. Nothing more. Iam worried that it's been lost or just sitting somewhere.

I love the earrings and have placed several orders in the past. When I had a problem with an order it was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly. How times have changed! My current order has supposedly been delivered but definitely hasn't and I cannot get any sensible response to my queries. They appear to have done away with real people and all I can get is auto responses which are entirely nonsensical. Any suggestions?

I ordered the Christmas Sheep earrings and the grinch Christmas earrings and they are HORRIBLE such a disappointment pieces of plastic shrink plastic NOT at all like pictured in the add no more orders from me 30$ wasted

Don't waste your money. All the items I recently ordered are nothing but junk plastic. Some of the pieces broke before I could get the fasteners open.

I cancelled my order one hour after I ordered it and I still have not received my refund. It's be almost a month!

I ordered 2 pair of Christmas earrings. I ordered the dragonfly one because it looked so fun. The picture looked like it had the little stones on etc. When it came it was a little piece of plastic with the dragon fly printed on or in it. Very disappointing. They aren't worth the $10 I paid for them. The reindeer earings were the same. Won't be ordering from them again.

I’m a real fan of rational popular. I’ve ordered, when we were in Italy, about three times. Now two times when back in the states. I love to open up to family or friends, asking them to choose what they want! It’s a treat!
All of the earrings which I have purchased are lovely and well made!

My first order hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered them on 11/13/2025. Maybe it’s because I want them to arrive soon. Waiting is sometimes hard. Great selection. I just placed another order.
