We’re sorry to hear that your overall experience was negative. However, we would like to point out that your review omitted some important information regarding how quickly the issues were addressed. After you reported a damaged part, we sent a replacement the very next working day. The missing cushions were also dispatched immediately with next-day delivery.

We always aim to respond promptly and responsibly, and it's disappointing that these efforts were not reflected in your review. We believe that a fair evaluation should take into account the full picture – including both the problems encountered and the way they were resolved.

Thank you very much for leaving your review – every piece of feedback from our customers is very important to us and helps us continuously improve our service.

As soon as we received your email, our team immediately began processing your damage claim. We have requested photos multiple times so that we can proceed with the replacement of the damaged part.

You initially sent us a close-up image of the item, but unfortunately, it did not allow our team to clearly identify which part was damaged. We then asked you to send a photo of the entire element and provided an example image to show how the photo should be taken to help us identify the part.

Following that, we received another photo from you showing the underside of the damaged item. However, this image also did not allow us to clearly determine which part is faulty.

Our team is eager to help and arrange a replacement, but based on the images provided so far, we are still unable to accurately identify the damaged part. We kindly ask you to send a clear photo of the entire damaged piece from the front, following the example we previously provided.

We sincerely apologize that the set was damaged during transit. We would like to explain that as soon as we received information from our transport company that the driver was involved in an accident and the transport vehicle was damaged, we immediately issued a refund to you. Unfortunately, the set you purchased was already sold out, so we were unable to offer a replacement.
We remain hopeful that you were able to find the set from another seller.
Once again, we deeply apologize for the situation and the inconvenience it has caused.
