Well, the company says one year guarantee I bought a drum filter. It leaked he said it was down to Transport. 🙄 told me to buy a soldering iron. At my expense.
Also bought a Bakki shower. After six months of installing leaking on the bottom tray, lost lots of water from my pond. I sent them a message on WhatsApp. They have read all my messages no response Stay well away from this company. It’s cheap looks impressive but not. If you shop around, you can buy the better quality at the same price. Waiting for the next thing to fall to bits.

I ordered the 2600 gph model, has a couple of niggles but the customer service from this company is beat I've seen in a long while, step by step diagnosis and personalised help is very rare these days, price also is so cheap but not the quality, would of paid 4 times the amount in the UK, I had a problem with fines in my 3000l sleeper pond, I run a 3 barrel filter and the drum has nailed it, No more fines just crystal water, unit is virtually silent , comes in a well packaged box and no custom charges, recommend seller Rau ..

I’m using for one year now the 50mc Drum filter from RAU.
Verry good product. all technical support were great. Planning a new pond and looking for new products from RAU😎
