Positive experience

We’ve had a really positive experience working with Ravel Virtual Assistants. Their team has supported us across multiple businesses, helping manage our customer service emails as well as chargebacks and disputes.

Whenever an issue comes up, they are always responsive, helpful and quick to find a solution. Tasks are handled efficiently and communication has always been easy and reliable.

Having their support across our businesses has taken a huge amount off our plate, and we really appreciate how quickly and professionally everything is handled. I would happily recommend Ravel Virtual Assistants to any business looking for reliable and efficient VA support.

Great team - great experience

We have been working with Azhar & his team for several years now & i couldn't recommend them enough.

We own multiple 7 figure ecommerce brands & they never let us down.

Anything from email support, facebook page moderation, handing customer disputes & executing on international expansion they are right there by your side.
