I suspect that this company went out of business or it’s gone bankrupt because I used to order from them frequently in the past. Checking their instagram indicates they have not made any new posts in over a year. Very disappointing although this happens a lot with social media skin care brands

They do not honor refunds and wait times are excessive. Their customer service is beyond horrible. Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to not receive feedback on order status for months at a time. Get your refund back from your bank. That's how i got mine and spent it well again on better products.

I placed an order on November 26, 2021. But, to this day I have not received my order. I read that on their instagram page that some orders would be backed up, which I didn't mind. I was patient for two months. After a while I figured I'd try and contact them to see if my package has been shipped or will be shipped soon. I commented multiple times on their posts asking for an update. They did reply to me asking what my order number was and I gave them my order number. But now, they're not responding back to me after a week. I don't understand what I've done for them to not answer me? Overall, this experience has made me feel sad and disappointed. I've ordered from here a couple years ago and didn't have any problems. So, I don't understand why this is happening to me.
